Biographies

Name Description

Keen Juan Han

 Mr. Han Keen Juan is Executive Chairman of the Board of Old Chang Kee Ltd. He is involved in the overall management of the Group and leads the Group in setting the Group’s mission and objectives as well as developing the overall business strategies. He has more than 30 years of sales experience and was instrumental in the establishment, development and expansion of the company Group’s business.

Tao-E Lim

 Mr. Lim Tao-E is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Old Chang Kee Ltd. William Lim, the company Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joined the Group in 1995. He is responsible for the development of new products, expansion of the company business into overseas markets, and overseeing the business and sales development strategies. William has more than 20 years of sales experience. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology in Australia.

Roland Chan

 Mr. Roland Chan is Chief Operating Officer of Old Chang Kee Ltd. Roland joined the Group in January 2009. As Chief Operating Officer, he assists the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in both strategy formulation and overall management of the Group companies. Roland’s working experiences include having helmed non-life insurance operations when he was in the non-life insurance industry for more than twenty two years. After he left the non-life insurance industry, he worked in a senior corporate management position in a SGX main board listed company for about eight years. Besides the Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Insurer insurance qualifications, Roland has a MBA degree from the University of Birmingham in United Kingdom.

Yeow Chung Song

 Mr. Song Yeow Chung is Group Financial Controller, Company Secretary of Old Chang Kee Ltd. Song Yeow Chung, who joined the Group in January 2010, is responsible for the Group’s full spectrum of financial and taxation functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, statutory reporting to relevant authorities in all jurisdictions that the Group operates in as well as internal controls and compliance with corporate, legal, tax, and accounting requirements. He has over 9 years of experience in financial auditing and accounting. Prior to joining the Group, he held the position of section finance manager with a company which was previously listed on the SGX-ST Mainboard. He is a nonpractising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.

Hui Shien Chow

 Ms. Chow Hui Shien has been appointed as General Manager, Executive Director of Old Chang Kee Ltd with effect from July 27, 2012. She joined the company Group in 2004 with more than seven years of experience in general management. She is responsible for overseeing the general management of the company Group including production, logistics, marketing and retail operations. She also participates actively in formulating various branding exercises, business development and sourcing for strategic locations at which to set up new retail outlets for the company Group. Prior to joining the company Group, she assisted in the incorporation of Hainan Treats Pte. Ltd. and was subsequently appointed as its manager. Her duties included overseeing the retail and production operations and the sales and marketing activities of the company. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the Monash University, Melbourne.

Lee Huang Ng

 Ms. Ng Lee Huang is Purchasing Manager of Old Chang Kee Ltd. Ng Lee Huang joined the Group in 1987 and is responsible for overseeing the purchasing processes and ensuring that the purchases of materials, supplies and services comply with the exacting standards and procedures established by the Group. Prior to assuming her current position as Purchasing Manager in January 2010, she was the Group’s Production Manager, where she was responsible for the production processes of the Group.

Kin Wee Ngoh

 Mr. Ngoh Kin Wee is Production Manager of Old Chang Kee Ltd. Ngoh Kin Wee joined the Group in 1987 and is responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring that they comply with the stringent standards and procedures established by the Group. Prior to assuming his current position as Production Manager in January 2010, he was the Group’s Logistics & Warehousing Manager, where he was responsible for inventory management, coordinating and planning the Group’s production capacity of the factories.

 Mr. Ong Chin Lin is Non-Executive Lead Independent Director of Old Chang Kee Ltd. He is currently the independent director of Linair Technologies Ltd and Yi-Lai Berhad. Beginning his career as an articled clerk in Leigh, Sorene & Lawson, he has more than 36 years of working experience to date. He had previously held positions such as group accountant of Prima Flour Ltd, finance and operation director of Malaysia-Beijing Travel Sdn Bhd, leasing manager of Far East Organisation Pte Ltd and financial controller of Nylect Technology Limited. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from the then Nanyang University. He is an associated member and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

Chak Weng Wong

 Mr. Wong Chak Weng is Non-Executive Independent Director of Old Chang Kee Ltd., since 16 November 2007. He is a practicing lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. His areas of practice include general corporate work and advising on compliance with licensing and business conduct regulations of financial service providers. He held various positions with the Monetary Authority of Singapore between 1984 and 1994. He returned to private practice in 1994 and is currently a consultant at Toh Tan LLP, Advocates and Solicitors. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.

Ming Kwong Wong

 Mr. Wong Ming Kwong is Non-Executive Independent Director of Old Chang Kee Ltd., since July 22, 2010. In 1999, Mr Wong established Key Elements Consulting Group which provides consultancy services for companies, especially small and medium enterprises in Singapore. He is now the President of Key Elements Consulting Pte. Ltd.. In September 1990, Mr Wong was a marketing communications manager for the motors group in Inchcape Sendirian Berhad and subsequently, the business development manager until April 1993. From May 1993 to December 1995, Mr Wong spearheaded business development as a sales and marketing manager in Singapore National Printers Pte. Ltd. (now known as Toppan Vite Pte. Ltd.). In 1996, Mr Wong became a marketing director of APV Asia Pte Ltd, part of the Invensys PLC global technology and controls group, before being promoted to the position of Managing Director (Greater China Division) in January 1997, a position he held until December 1998. From March 2006 to 2008, he was a nonexecutive director of Natural Cool Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the SGX-ST. He is currently a non-executive director of Mary Chia Holdings Limited and Goodland Group Limited. All these companies are listed on the SGX Catalist. He is also a director of Strategic Growth Capital Pte Ltd. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (Second Upper) (in Chinese Studies) and Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Statistics) from the National University of Singapore. In addition, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
