Name Description

Steven Sargent

Mr. Steven Sargent has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective November 15, 2016 (mid November). He was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director on August 4, 2016. Mr Warne said that Mr Sargent has more than 36 years of global corporate experience in industries including banking, financial services, mining and energy. After 14 years at Westpac, Mr Sargent joined GE Capital in New York City in 1993 and since that time held a number of leadership positions with GE Capital including President and CEO GE Capital Australia and NZ and President and CEO GE Capital Asia Pacific. Mr Sargent was appointed Vice President and Officer of General Electric Company in 2008 and was a member of GE’s Global Corporate Executive Council, the first Australian to ever be appointed to such positions in GE’s history.

John Malcolm

Mr. John Alexander Malcolm is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Director of the Company. Mr Malcolm has over 23 years’ experience in the financial services sector in Australia, the United Kingdom and United States including 10 years with GE Capital. Since 2013, Mr Malcolm has been President and CEO of GE Healthcare’s Eastern European, Middle East and African markets. In 2003 Mr Malcolm joined GE Capital Australia & New Zealand, the company’s largest region outside the US with 4,500 staff and servicing 3 million consumers and more than 100,000 SMEs. In 2010 he was appointed President and CEO and led the company through the funding constrained post global financial crisis period. Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr Malcolm held several senior leadership roles at Household International in the UK, now part of HSBC, and Westpac Bank. At Household International he helped to launch the UK’s first and largest pure digital personal loan business, Hamilton Direct Bank, which grew to over £3 billion in its first five years. At Westpac, Australia’s 2nd largest card issuer, he helped to launch the Virgin Money Credit Card partnership. Mr Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Sydney.

Adam Smith

Mr. Adam Smith is Chief Operating Officer of the Company, since October 2015. Adam has more than 20 years of experience in top tier financial institutions, most recently as Co-Head of ANZ ETFS. Prior to his current role, Adam has held a number of commercial and operational positions within ANZ Global Markets, Macquarie Group and Deutsche Bank. Adam combines a strong background in financial markets products with an extensive knowledge of business support functions such as product development, technology, operations, risk and finance. Adam has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology (Sydney).

Karin Visnick

Ms. Karin Visnick is an Executive Vice President, General Manager - North America of the Company. She brings more than 15 years experience in product management, marketing, and business operations, working for both large Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo!, The Gap, and eBay to small start up organisations. She has spent the majority of her career in the technology space, with extensive experience in the e-commerce and finance industries. Karin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia.

Craige Pendleton-Browne

Mr. Craige Pendleton-Browne is Chief Technology Officer of the Company, since November 2015. Craige has more than 20 years experience in technology roles with over 15 years of those working in digital. He has worked as CTO in both the UK and Australia. His most recent roles includes CTO for News Digital Media, Head of Content and Digital for News Corp Australia and CTO of iCareHealth, Australia’s leading provider of residential aged care software. Craige has extensive experience in both creating the technology vision and strategy as well as a proven ability to execute and deliver. He has a BSC in Computer Science as well as an MBA from London Business School.

Maria Loyez

Ms. Maria Loyez is the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Maria has 18 years’ experience in commercial roles encompassing strategy consulting, business development and marketing. She has spent the last nine years in marketing leadership roles, including most recently at AMP, where she was the Director of Channel Marketing, and prior to that as Head of Marketing Communications at Optus for seven years. She is a strategic marketeer who was awarded 2012 AdNews Top 40 under 40. Maria also has start-up experience, having worked at Virgin Management Limited in London, where she launched Virgin Mobile in France, Canada and South Africa. Maria has a Master of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with European Studies from the University of Bristol.

Jason Rohloff

Mr. Jason Rohloff is Chief Risk Officer of the Company. He has previously held the positions of Head of Compliance and Chief Operating Officer at OFX. Prior to joining OFX in 2007, Jason spent four years at Macquarie Group and prior to that, three and a half years at Westpac Bank and two years in retail stock broking in New Zealand. Jason has 18 years of broad operational experience working with retail, wholesale and institutional clients across a number of financial products and services including foreign exchange, equities, cash instruments, bonds and unit trusts. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services from the Australian Financial Markets Association.

Jeff Parker

Mr. Jeff Parker is Chief Enterprise Officer of the Company. Jeff commenced working with the OFX in September 2013 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for the operations, treasury and banking functions of the business globally. Following the announcement of our Accelerate strategy Jeff has moved into his new role as Chief Enterprise Officer, responsible for building and growing the B2B side of the business. Jeff has over 13 years experience across operations, strategy, consulting and M&A. Prior to joining the Group, Jeff held roles at Macquarie, Accenture and JP Morgan. Jeff holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester in England and is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) in 2006.

Kirsten Pollard

Ms. Kirsten Pollard is Head - People and Culture of the Company. Kirsten began working with OFX in November 2014 and commenced her role as Head of People and Culture in September 2015. Prior to joining OFX, Kirsten had a 10 year career in global equities at Merrill Lynch and 4 years in a profitable start-up business. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has attended an Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School.

Melinda Conrad

Mrs. Melinda Blanton Conrad is Non-Executive Independent Director of OzForex Group Limited., since September 2013 and has over 20 years’ experience in business strategy and marketing. Melinda’s prior professional experience includes executive roles at Harvard Business School, Colgate- Palmolive, and several retail businesses. Melinda was previously a director of APN News & Media Limited (2012-13).

Grant Murdoch

Mr. Grant Murdoch is Independent Non-Executive Director of Ozforex Group Limited. He joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 35 years’ experience in accounting and corporate finance. Grant’s prior professional experience includes Head of Corporate Finance for Ernst & Young Queensland and is a graduate of the Kellogg Advanced Executive Program at the North Western University, Chicago, United States.

Douglas Snedden

Mr. Douglas Snedden is Non-Executive Independent Director of OzForex Group Limited. Mr. Snedden’s experience is grounded in consulting, technology deployment and outsourcing, spanning some 29 years at Accenture across the world, most recently as Australian Managing Director until his retirement in 2008. Since then he has focussed on non-executive director positions, including at Transfield Services Limited, UXC Limited and Hillgrove Resources Limited. He is also on the Board of university-owned Sirca Technology and is Chairman of Odyssey House McGrath Foundation and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. Mr Snedden holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting from the Australian National University and lives in Sydney.
