Zubkov, Viktor Mr. Viktor Alekseevich Zubkov has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since June 27, 2008. He has acted as First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation since May 14, 2008. Prior to this, he held the post of Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. He headed a number of agro-industrial enterprises and specialized departments of St. Petersburg Oblast authorities. In 1992 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the External Relations Committee of the St. Petersburg Mayor Office. In 1993 he became Deputy Head of Federal Tax Service - Head of St. Petersburg State Tax Inspection. In 199, Mr. Zubkov was appointed Deputy Minister for Taxes and Fees and Head of the Russian Taxes and Fees Ministry Department in St. Petersburg. In 2001 he became First Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation and Head of Russian Financial Monitoring Committee. In March 2004, he was appointed Head of Federal Financial Monitoring Service. Mr. Zubkov holds Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Economics from St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, which he obtained in 1965.
Miller, Aleksey Mr. Aleksey Borisovich Miller has served as General Director (CEO) and Chairman of the Management Board at Gazprom OAO since 2001. In 2001, he also became Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and held that post until May 7, 2008, when he was appointed Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO. Kruglov, Andrey Mr. Andrey Vyacheslavovich Kruglov has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of the Department for Finance and Economics at Gazprom OAO and Acting Director of Gazprom Finance B.V. since April 2004. Khomyakov, Sergey Mr. Sergey Fedorovich Khomyakov has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Gazprom OAO and Acting General Director of the Company's Security Service since March 2007. Karpel, Elena Ms. Elena Evgenevna Karpel has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since June 25, 2004. Pavlova, Olga Ms. Olga Petrovna Pavlova has served as Member of the Management Board at Gazprom OAO since 2004, and has been Head of the Department of Property Management and Corporate Relations at the Company since 2003. She was Deputy Head of Presidential Economic Department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation from 2002 to 2003. Podyuk, Vasily Mr. Vasily Grigorevich Podyuk has served as Member of the Management Board and Head of Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department at Gazprom OAO since 2002. Aksyutin, Oleg Mr. Oleg Evgenevich Aksyutin has served as Member of the Management Board and Head of Gas Transportation, Underground Storage and Utilization Department at Gazprom OAO since November 7, 2008. Bergmann, Burckhard Dr. Burckhard Bergmann has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since 2002. He worked at the Federal Ministry for Research and Technology from 1968 to 1969. He served at Julich Nuclear Research Center from 1969 to 1972. In 1972, he joined Ruhrgas AG as Head of LNG Purchasing Department. Gazizullin, Farit Dr. Farit Rafikovich Gazizullin has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since 2002. He graduated from Moscow State University of Water Transport with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Social Sciences in 1994, and is Professor of Economics and Law Theory. From 1965 to 1969, Dr. Gazizullin held positions of Engineer, Economist and Manager in Zelenodolsk Gorky Factory. In 1987, Dr. Gazizullin was appointed Head of the Department for Social and Economic Development at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Yusufov, Igor Mr. Igor Khanukovich Yusufov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since 2003. He graduated from South-Russian State Technical University, where he obtained degree in Power Generation Engineering in 1979. In 1991, Mr. Yusufov received a degree in International Economic Relations from the All-Union Academy of Foreign Trade. He was Engineer at Mosenergo from 1979 to 1984, and Senior Expert of the Habana steam electric power plant construction, Cuba. Mr. Yusufov has held various government jobs since 1991, including: Deputy Chairman of the Economic Security Committee of the Russian Federation, the office of the President of RSFSR from 1991 to 1992; Deputy Minister in the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations of the Russian Federation in 1993; senior management position at Rosvooruzheniye from 1994 to 1996; Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Industry of the Russian Federation from 1996 to 1997; First Deputy Chairman, Acting Chairman and Chairman at the State Reserves Committee of the Russian Federation between 1998 and 1999, and finally General Director (CEO) of the Russian State Reserves Agency from 1999 to 2001. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Yusufov held the position of Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. On July 29, 2004 Mr. Yusufov was appointed Special Envoy of the Russian Federation President for International Energy Cooperation and Ambassador at Large of the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Nabiullina, Elvira Ms. Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO since June 27, 2008. She was appointed the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Russia on September 24, 2007. Since May 12, 2008, she has been Economic Development Minister of the Russian Federation. From 1994 to 1995, she worked as Deputy Head, Economic Reform Department - Head, State Economy Regulation Directorate, Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation. During her professional career, she also served as Deputy Economy Minister of the Russian Federation from 1997 to 1998, Deputy Chairwoman of the Board at Promtorgbank from 1998 to 1999, Vice President of Center for Strategic Research from 1999 to 2000, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade from 2000 to 2003 and President of Center for Strategic Research from 2003 to 2005. In 1999, she was also appointed Executive Director of Euro-Asian Rating Service. She also occupied the position of Head of Expert Council, Organizing Committee for arrangement and support of the Russian Federation presidency in G8 in 2006 and of Head of Research, Center for Strategic Research. She holds a degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
