Kyle, David Mr. Kyle is the Chairman of the Board of ONEOK, Inc. He was employed by Oklahoma Natural Gas Company in 1974 as an engineer trainee. He served in a number of positions prior to being elected Vice President of Gas Supply in 1986 and Executive Vice President in 1990 of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company. He was elected President of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company on September 1, 1994. He was elected President of ONEOK Inc. effective September 1, 1997, and was elected Chairman of the Board and appointed the Chief Executive Officer of ONEOK, Inc. on August 28, 2000, and served in those positions until his retirement as Chief Executive Officer in December 2007.
Gibson, John Mr. John Gibson has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of is Chief Executive Officer and Director of ONEOK, Inc effective Jan. 1, 2010. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., the general partner of ONEOK Partners, L.P. Mr. Gibson joined ONEOK, Inc. in May 2000 from Koch Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Koch Industries, where he was an Executive Vice President. His career in the energy industry began in 1974 as a refinery engineer with Exxon USA. He spent 18 years with Phillips Petroleum Company in a variety of domestic and international positions in its natural gas, natural gas liquids and exploration and production businesses, including Vice President of Marketing of its natural gas subsidiary GPM Gas Corp. He holds an engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology, formerly known as University of Missouri at Rolla.
Dinan, Curtis Mr. Dinan has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer of ONEOK, Inc. since 2007. Martinovich joined Phillips in 1980 as a resin development engineer and held various engineering, sales and marketing positions in the research and development and the plastics divisions of Phillips, and served on the company's corporate planning and development staff. Mr. Martinovich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering in 1980 from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
Norton, Pierce Pierce H. Norton II is the Executive Vice President of Oneok Inc and President-ONEOK Distribution CompaniesMr. Norton joined ONEOK, Inc. in 2004 and served as president of Bear Paw Energy, LLC, and Crestone Energy Ventures, subsidiaries of ONEOK Partners, L.P., through 2006. In 2005, he assumed additional responsibilities gathering and processing segment. He was named president - gathering and processing for ONEOK Partners, L.P. in April 2006 in connection with ONEOK Partners, L.P. acquisition of gathering and processing assets. Reiners, Derek Mr. Derek S. Reiners is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of ONEOK, Inc. He is a certified public accountant, Reiners is currently with Grant Thornton LLP in Dallas, where he has been a partner since 2004 and currently leads the accounting firm's north Texas energy industry practice.
