Name Description

Jean-Michel Aulas

Mr. Jean-Michel Aulas has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since December 21, 1998. He is also Chairman of ICMI SAS and Chairman of the Board and CEO of Olympique Lyonnais SASP. He worked as Managing Director for a company called Cegos for 13 years and then for Sligos in Lyon and Paris. In 1983, he created Cegid, a company offering information system management solutions to businesses. Mr. Aulas took over the Chairmanship of Olympique Lyonnais in 1987. He is now Vice President of the French Professional Football League, and Member of the G-14. He has been Member of the Chamber of Commerce of Lyon and Commercial Advisor to the Banque de France. He holds several other mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Cegid Group, and Director of OL Voyages, among others.

Jerome Seydoux

Mr. Jerome Seydoux has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since October 2, 2006. He was first appointed as Director on October 2, 2005 as Representative of Pathe. He started his career in 1962 as Financial Analyst at Istel, Lepercq and Co. Inc in New York. In 1964, he joined the Bank Neuflize, Schlumberger, Mallet. He was then appointed Director and Executive Vice President of Schlumberger Ltd in 1969 and subsequently became Managing Director of the Company in 1975. Mr. Seydoux then held several mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Pricel from 1976 to 1981 and of Chargeurs from 1981 to 1996, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of British Sky Broadcasting from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Seydoux holds various other mandates, including Co-Chairman of Pathe SAS and Chairman of Pathe Distribution SAS and Pathe Production SAS, as well as Managing Director of Pricel SAS and Director of Chargeurs SAS. He graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Electronique in Engineering.

Emmanuelle Sarrabay

Christophe Comparat

Mr. Christophe Comparat has been a Director of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since December 5, 2005 and is also Chairman of OL Merchandising SAS. He holds a degree from the Ecole Nationale d’Assurances de Lyon (CNAM) and started his career at the Insurance Group IARD UAP Villeurbanne. He left in 1983 to become Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of SAGITA, an insurance brokerage firm, until 2000. Between 1984 and 2000, he was Member of the Directing Committee of the employer’s federation SNCAR and also Director of CGPME. In 1989, he joined the Board of Directors of Cegid and was also appointed Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of the Olympique Lyonnais from 1991 to 1996. In 2000, he became President of Lyon Olympique Universitaire - LOU Rugby SAOS. Mr. Comparat is Director of SASP Olympique Lyonnais, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Figesco, among others.

Gilbert Giorgi

Mr. Gilbert Giorgi has been Director of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since December 5, 2005 and is also Chairman of Fonciere du Montout SAS. He is the creator of several companies involved in the property business, including Societe R.I.C. SA, Societe RIC Lotissement, Societe RIC Investissement Immobilier, Parc Investissements, Societe RIC Promotion and Societe Emeraude Promotion. In 1979, he also created the company Deviq Rhone-Alpes, a company involved in the property business in the French region of Rhone-Alpes, and sold it in 2002 to France Terre. He holds several other mandates, including Director of SASP Olympique Lyonnais, President of SAS Argenson and Co-Manager of Filying Gestion, Stalingrad Investissement and Solycogym, among others.

Eric Peyre

Mr. Eric Peyre is a Representative of IODA on the Board of Directors of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA and is also the Chairman of OL Images. He began his career in 1986 as Managing Director of MG2 Telematique. He then founded the group Jet Multimedia in 1989. He stayed as Chairman of the Board of Jet Multimedia until 2000, when he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Eric Peyre is now Chairman of Digital Virgo, and holds several mandates, including Director of Jet Multimedia Espana SA and Digitaran SLU, among others. Mr. Thierry Sauvage is General Manager, Business and Finance, at Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA. He holds a postgraduate diploma in International Finance. He created in 1989 the company AT2J specialized in sports events and marketing, and then joined the group Herlitz, involved in school and office stationery, to work as Director of Marketing. In 1998, Mr. Sauvage founded the company 2C2M, a consultancy firm in organization and strategy for professional sports clubs. In 1999, he also created M2A, a company aiming to help professional sports clubs to develop their marketing activities. Mr. Sauvage joined Olumpique Lyonnais Groupe in 2003 after having sold his companies to the group.

Mr. Olivier Blanc has been Deputy General Manager, Communications at Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since 2005. He started working in 1980 as a journalist at the Progres de Lyon before joining the newspaper Le Sport in 1987. He joined Olympique Lyonnais in 1989. Mr. Patrick Bertrand has been Representative of ICMI on the Board of Directors of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since November 6, 2006. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee. He started working in 1977 at Credit Chimique, a bank owned by Pechiney and Total. In 1983, he became Financial Director of Eurafrep, a company specialized in petroleum research and a listed subsidiary of the group Lazard. He joined Cegid in 1988, working as Financial Director and then as Deputy Managing Director. He was appointed CEO of Cegid in 2002. Mr. Bertrand has been Director at the Association des Directeurs Financiers et de Controle de Gestion (DFCG), and is one of the creators the European Software Association (ESA), in which he has been Member of the Board of Directors, he has also served as Chairman of the Association Francaise des Editeurs de Logiciels (AFDEL). Subsequently, he worked self-employed as Authorized Representative of Michaux, and then as Foreign Exchange Broker until 1990. He then became Chairman of the Management Board of the broking firm Michaux, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Michaux S.A. from 1994 to 1996. He then occupied the position of Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Michaux Gestion until 2005. Currently he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Scientific Brain Training - SBT, as well as Manager of SCI Le Chardon Bleu and SCI La Gavanniere, among others. He graduated from Universite de Lausanne.

Francois-Regis Ory

Mr. Francois-Regis Ory has been Independent Director of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since November 6, 2006. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He holds a postgraduate diploma in the study of Biomaterials and a postgraduate diploma in Management. He began his career in 1989 as Director of Marketing and Sales at Biomatech, a company providing services in the fields of biomaterials and medical and surgical equipment. In 1993, he was appointed Scientific and Technical Director of Sofradim Production, and became two years later Managing Director of Sofradim, a company specialized in design, manufacturing and supply of surgical implants. In 1996, he took part in the creation of Floreane Medical Implants, holding firm of Sofradim. Since the disposal of Floreane Medical Implants to the group Tyco in November 2005, Francois-Regis Ory is Chairman of the Board of Florentiane and of Ameliane. He also holds other mandates, including Director of Medicrea International and Manager of SCI de Chanas and SC Florine, among others.

Mr. Jean-Paul Revillon has been an Independent Director of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA since December 5, 2005. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee. He is the creator of Revillon, a company specialized in civil engineering. In 1991, Revillon was sold to Tarmac.
