Name Description

Fredric Gould

Mr. Fredric H. Gould is Chairman of the Board of One Liberty Properties Inc., since June 1989. He was Chief Executive Officer from December 1999 to December 2001 and from July 2005 to December 2007; Chairman of Georgetown Partners, Inc., Managing General Partner of Gould Investors L.P., a limited partnership engaged in real estate ownership, since December 1997; Chairman of the board of BRT Realty Trust, a New York Stock Exchange listed real estate investment trust, since 1984 and President of REIT Management Corp., adviser to BRT Realty Trust, since 1986; Director of EastGroup Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust engaged in the acquisition, ownership and development of industrial properties, since 1998. Mr. Fredric H. Gould has been involved in the real estate business for approximately 50 years, as an investor and owner, and as the chief executive officer of publicly traded real estate entities and real estate investment trusts. He has also served as a director of four real estate investment trusts, including serving as chairman of the board of the company, and as a director and a member of the loan committee of two savings and loan associations.

Patrick Callan

Mr. Patrick J. Callan, Jr., is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of One Liberty Properties Inc. He is Director since June 2002; President of the company since January 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2008; Senior Vice President of First Washington Realty, Inc. from March 2004 to November 2005; Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust, from May 1998 to March 2004. David Kalish

Mr. Kalish is Senior Vice President, Finance of BRT Realty Trust since August 1998. Israel Rosenzweig
