Frederic Sebag

 Mr. Frederic Sebag is the Chief Executive Officer of GROUPE OPEN SA and is also the Co-Chairman of the Board of the Company as of September 12, 2008 having previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was appointed on the Company’s Board of Directors on August 9, 1991 and is also a Member of its Strategic Committee. He began his career as a Business Engineer in an IT services company in 1985, where he became Commercial Director in 1987. In 1989 he founded GROUPE OPEN SA. He is also the Chairman of Football Club de Tours. He holds a degree in Mathematics.

Guy Mamou-Mani

 Mr. Guy Mamou-Mani has served as Co-Chairman of the Board of GROUPE OPEN SA since September 12, 2008 and has also been a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 27, 2002. He was appointed on the Company's Board of Directors on May 26, 1999 is also a Member of Strategic Committee of the Company. He began his career at CSC-GO International and served Chairman and Chief Executive Officer before he left, as well as Director of the solutions sector of CSC France. In 1995, he created the French subsidiary of Manugistics and held the position of Chief Executive Officer as well as European Director of Services and Marketing until 1998. In the same year he joined GROUPE OPEN SA as Associate Managing Director. From October 2006 until 2009, he was also the Chairman of the Middlenext association. Laurent Sadoun

 Mr. Laurent Sadoun has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GROUPE OPEN SA since May 27, 2002 and was appointed on the Company's Board of Directors on September 23, 1998. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He began his career as a Commercial Engineer at Borland, and then worked as Commercial Director of Informix France. In 1991 he joined GROUPE OPEN SA and also created Logix, of which he has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 2008, following the sale of Logix, he was appointed as EMEA President of Arrow ECS. Mr. Sadoun holds a Postgraduate degree (DEA) in Mathematics.

 Ms. Valerie Benvenuto serves as Director, Director of Finance and Member of the Strategic Committee of GROUPE OPEN SA.
