Name Description

Jeffrey Clarke

 Mr. Jeffrey I. Clarke serves as Chairman of the Board, Lead Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Clarke is Chairman of the board of Travelport Limited having served in this role since February 2012. From April 2011 until February 2012, Mr. Clarke served as Executive Chairman of Travelport Limited. Mr. Clarke is a Managing Partner of Augusta Columbia Capital, a private equity firm. Prior, Mr. Clarke served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Travelport Limited, having served in that role since May 2006, and a member of the Travelport board of directors since September 2006. From April 2004 to April 2006, Mr. Clarke was Chief Operating Officer of the software company CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates International, Inc.). Mr. Clarke also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CA, Inc. from April 2004 until February 2005. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Clarke was Executive Vice President, Global Operations at Hewlett Packard Company. Before then, Mr. Clarke joined Compaq Computer Corporation in 1998 and held several positions, including Chief Financial Officer from 2001 until the time of Compaq’s merger with Hewlett Packard Company in 2002. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Clarke held several financial, operational and international management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Clarke currently serves on the board of directors of Red Hat, Inc. and the Genesco Foundation, which is the charitable foundation for State University of New York at Genesco. He previously served on the board of directors of UTStarcom, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 and Transatlantic Business Dialogue from 2006 to 2011. He also served as a governor on the World Economic Forum’s Committee on Aviation, Travel and Tourism from 2006 to 2011, and an executive committee member of the World Travel and Tourism Council from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Clarke holds a BA degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Barney Harford

 Mr. Barney Harford serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since January 2009. Prior to joining the Company in January 2009, Mr. Harford served in a variety of roles at Expedia, Inc. from 1999 to 2006. From 2004 to 2006, he served as President of Expedia Asia Pacific. Prior to 2004, Mr. Harford served as Senior Vice President of Air, Car & Private Label and led Expedia's corporate development, strategic planning and investor relations functions. He spent 14 years at Delta Air Lines, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Controller since March 2012, Vice President - Finance and Controller from October 2009 to March 2012, and Vice President - Financial Planning and Analysis from February 2008 to October 2009. Christopher Orton

 Mr. Christopher K. Orton is President of Orbitz.com and CheapTickets, a subsidiary of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since August 2011. Previously, Mr. Orton served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, from July 2010 to August 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Orton worked for eBay, Inc. from June 2003 to June 2010 and held various positions in data warehousing and internet marketing. Most recently, Mr. Orton was Senior Director of Internet Marketing at eBay, responsible for its paid search, shopping comparison, search engine optimization, affiliates and display marketing channels. Prior to joining eBay, he spent eight years doing CRM and ERP consulting at Kana Software, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Mr. Orton has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.

Roger Liew

 Mr. Roger Liew is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since November 15, 2010. Mr. Liew was Vice President of Technology of the Company and Group Manager of the Intelligent Marketplace Group from July 2009 to November 2010 and previously served as Vice President of Technology of Orbitz, LLC from May 2000 to May 2004. Prior to his return to the Company in July 2009, Mr. Liew served as Chief Technology Officer of Milestro, a leisure, travel and tourism company, from May 2008 to December 2008 and Chief Technology Officer of G2 Switchworks, a startup in the travel technology space, from May 2004 to April 2008, when it was acquired by Travelport. Prior to joining Orbitz, LLC, Mr. Liew worked as a lead developer for Neoglyphics Media Corporation and as a software engineer for Motorola's Cellular Subscriber Group. Mr. Liew studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Chicago.

Jim Rogers

 Mr. Jim Rogers is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since August 2012 and is responsible for leading the Company's global legal team as well as its compliance, corporate affairs and government relations functions. Mr. Rogers previously served from June 2010 to July 2012 as General Counsel of TLC Vision, a private-equity backed company that is North America's eye-care services provider. Before that, Mr. Rogers had practiced corporate and communications law from 1981 to 2009 at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC, the last 21 years as a partner. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Columbia Law School, holds an MPA in Economics and Public Affairs from Princeton University, and received his BA from Yale University in Economics. Mr. Rogers serves on the Board of Directors of The Appleseed Foundation, and he previously served as co-chairman of the board.

Samuel Fulton

 Mr. Samuel M. Fulton is Senior Vice President - Global Product Strategy of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since July 2011. Mr. Fulton also has responsibility for business operations, information architecture, design, customer service and the Away Network. Prior to his current role, Mr. Fulton held several key positions within the Company including Group Vice President of Product Management and Vice President and General Manager of Transportation, which was comprised of air, car, cruise and travel insurance for Orbitz and CheapTickets. Mr. Fulton has also held positions in business strategy, product management, supplier services and business development since joining the Company in late 2002.  Mr. Tamer Tamar is Senior Vice President - International of the Company and President of ebookers, subsidiary of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. Previously, Mr. Tamar has served as Senior Vice President of International since March 2011 and President of ebookers since July 2009. Previously, Mr. Tamar served as Vice President of Europe and Middle East (EMEA) distribution for Expedia from February 2008 to July 2009. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Tamar served in a variety of roles at Expedia, including managing Expedia's EMEA car businesses, leading the strategy and corporate development function for the EMEA region, and heading up the Expedia UK business. Prior to joining Expedia, Mr. Tamar worked as a Management Consultant for A.T. Kearney in Chicago and London. Mr. Tamar holds an MBA from MIT and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.

Thomas Kram

 Mr. Thomas L. Kram serves as Group Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since May 31, 2011. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Kram served in a variety of roles at Chicago Newspaper Liquidation Corp., formerly known as Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. Mr. Kram was elected Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer in October 2009 and served as Chief Financial Officer from March 2009 to October 2009. From 2004 to 2009, he was the Corporate Controller and, in addition, served as Chief Accounting Officer from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Kram served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. when it filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in March 2009. David Belmont

 Mr. David Belmont is the Group Vice President - Financial Planning and Analysis of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. Prior to being appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Belmont has served as the Company's Group Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from April 2010 to June 2012 and November 2012 to date. From June 2012 to November 2012, Mr. Belmont served as the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Belmont was the Company's Vice President, Business Planning from January 2005 to April 2010. Martin Brand

Kenneth Esterow

 Mr. Kenneth S. Esterow has been appointed as Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., effective August 9, 2011. Mr. Esterow is an industry consultant. Mr. Esterow served in a variety of roles at Travelport Limited and Cendant Corporation from 1995 to 2011. From January 2007 to May 2011, Mr. Esterow was President and Chief Executive Officer of Travelport Limited’s Gullivers Travel Associates business, which includes Octopustravel.com, a leading global hotel wholesaler. The Gullivers Travelers Associates business was sold to Kuoni Reisen Holding AG in May 2011. Mr. Esterow was President and Chief Executive Officer for Travelport’s B2B Americas from August 2006 to December 2006 and was President and Chief Executive Officer B2B Americas for Cendant’s Travel Distribution Services Division from June 2005 to August 2006. From May 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Esterow was Executive Vice President, Global Supplier Services, for Cendant’s Travel Distribution Services Division. From September 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Esterow was Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Cendant’s Travel Distribution Services Division. Mr. Esterow was an executive committee member of the US Travel Association Board of Directors from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Esterow holds a BA degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Friedman

 Mr. Robert L. Friedman is Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since March 25, 2011. Mr. Friedman is a Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group. Mr. Friedman joined Blackstone in 1999 to work primarily in Blackstone’s Private Equity group. He was Chief Legal Officer of Blackstone from January 2003 through August 2010 and was also its Chief Administrative Officer during most of that period. Prior to joining Blackstone in 1999, Mr. Friedman was a partner with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett for 25 years, where he was a senior member of that law firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Axis Capital Holdings Limited, TRW Automotive Holdings Corp., FGIC Corporation and YRC Worldwide Inc. Mr. Friedman is a member of the finance committee of Axis Capital Holdings Limited, a member of the audit committee of FGIC Corporation and a member of the audit committee and the finance committee of YRC Worldwide Inc. Mr. Friedman previously served on the boards of directors of The India Fund, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, Northwest Airlines, Inc. from 2002 to 2008 and Corp. Group Banking S.A. from 1999 to 2007. Prior to Northwest Airlines’ merger with Delta Airlines, Inc. in 2008, Mr. Friedman served as Chair of Northwest Airlines’ corporate governance committee. Mark Britton

 Mr. Mark S. Britton is Independent Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since April 12, 2011. He is a member of the audit committee and compensation committee. Mr. Britton is the founder, CEO and President of Avvo, a website that helps consumers make better health and legal decisions by offering free Q&A forums, backed by ratings and profiles for 90 percent of doctors, dentists and lawyers in the United States. Prior to founding Avvo in 2005, Mr. Britton was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Affairs of InterActiveCorp Travel (IACT) and Expedia, Inc. from 2003 to 2004 and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Expedia from 1999 to 2003. At IACT and Expedia, he oversaw all finance, strategy, corporate development, legal, human resources and government relations functions for the IACT companies, including Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Classic Custom Vacations and Interval International. Mr. Britton currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Avvo and as a member of the Board of Regents of Gonzaga University. Mr. Britton holds a BA degree in finance from Gonzaga University and a JD from George Washington University.

Bradley Gerstner

 Mr. Bradley (Brad) T. Gerstner serves as Independent Director of Orbitz Worldwide Inc since March 4, 2010. Mr. Gerstner is Chief Executive Officer of Altimeter Capital Management, a Boston-based investment firm he founded in November 2008. Prior to Altimeter, Mr. Gerstner was Vice President at PAR Capital Management from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Gerstner also served as Co-CEO of National Leisure Group (NLG) from 2003 to 2004. He joined NLG in 2000 after working at General Catalyst, a Boston venture capital firm that had invested in NLG. Mr. Gerstner also served an appointment as Deputy Secretary of State of Indiana. Mr. Gerstner currently serves on the boards of directors of Silver Rail Technologies, Inc., Expert Media, Inc., doing business as Room 77, Hotel Tonight Inc., Trigger Media Group, LLC and Nor1, Inc.  Ms. Kristina M. Leslie is Independent Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since March 25, 2011. Ms. Leslie, is Chair of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Ms. Leslie is a consultant. From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Leslie served as Chief Financial Officer of DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., a company that develops and produces computer generated animated feature films.  Ms. Jaynie Miller Studenmund serves as Independent Director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., since July 2007.
