 Mr. Ross J. Beaty serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Pan American Silver Corp. He has been a Director since September 30, 1988., and Chief Executive Officer from April 1994 to July 2003.

Geoffrey Burns

 Mr. Geoffrey A. Burns is President, Chief Executive Officer, Non Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp. He is Director of the Company since July 1, 2003. He has been President of the Company since July 1, 2003, Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 11, 2004; and Chief Operating Officer from July 1, 2003 to May 11, 2004 and prior thereto CFO of Coeur D’Alene Mines Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Masters of Business Administration.

A. Robert Doyle

 Mr. A. Robert G. Doyle serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pan American Silver Corp., since January 2004. And prior thereto was Senior Vice President-Mining Finance and Metals Marketing with Standard Bank. He brings to the role a background in financial management, particularly in the metals market, after 6 years as Senior Vice-President -- Mining Finance and Metals Marketing with Standard Bank in New York. Mr. Doyle also has accounting and audit experience in New York, London and South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst with a B.Bus.Sc (Honours) Finance degree from the University of Cape Town.

 Mr. Steven L. Busby serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pan American Silver Corp., since May 13, 2008. He has been Senior Vice President, Project Development & Technical Services of the Company from August 2003 to May 13, 2008.

Michael Steinmann

 Mr. Michael Steinmann, P.Geo., serves as Executive Vice President - Corporate Development & Geology of Pan American Silver Corp. He was Senior Vice President, Geology & Exploration of the Company from November 2005 to August 2008; Vice President Geology of the Company from March 2004 to October 2005; prior thereto Manager of Geology for Glencore, South American operations and projects. Mr. Steinmann holds a Ph.D in Geology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an M.Sc in Geology from the University of Zurich.

 Mr. Robert P. Pirooz is General Counsel, Non Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp. He has been Director of the Company since April 30, 2007.

Walter Segsworth

 Mr. Walter T. Segsworth is Lead Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp. He is currently the Chairman of the HRCC and has served in this capacity since May 2010. Mr. Segsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Michigan Tech and has over 38 years of experience in mining in Canada and overseas. Mr. Segsworth has served as an executive of several mining companies including Westmin Resources, where he was President and CEO and Homestake Mining Company, where he was President and COO. He currently serves as a director for Alterra Power Corp., Gabriel Resources Ltd. and Heatherdale Resources Ltd. Mr. Segsworth is past Chairman of both the Mining Associations of British Columbia and Canada and was named British Columbia’s Mining Person of the year in 1996. His ongoing leadership and executive experience complement his understanding of compensation matters, performance management, and the human resources challenges in the mining industry.

Neil de Gelder

 Mr. Neil de Gelder, Q.C., has been appointed as Director of Pan American Silver Corp., effective July 3, 2012. Mr. de Gelder is Executive Vice-President of Stern Partners Inc., a private Vancouver-based diversified investment firm. He is a Vancouver lawyer with 25 years' experience in corporate law as a senior partner with a national law firm. Mr. de Gelder also served as Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission for three years.

Michael Carroll

 Mr. Michael L. Carroll is Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp., since January 1, 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of financial management experience, was appointed to serve on the HRCC on an interim basis in May 2011. Mr. Carroll, also Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee, completed his service on the HRCC in December 2011.

Christopher Dunn

 Mr. Christopher Noel Dunn serves as Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp. Mr. Dunn has over 25 years' experience in the investment banking industry, having worked as a Managing Director in London for Goldman Sachs, as well as having been a Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Mining and Metals for Bear Stearns. He is currently Managing Director of Liberty Metals & Mining, part of Liberty Mutual Group Asset Management Inc., which is focused on private equity type investments in natural resources.

David Press

 Mr. David C. Press serves as Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp., since May 13, 2008. He is a mining engineer with almost 40 years of diversified experience in the mining industry, including the evaluation and investigation efforts for potential acquisitions. Mr. Press graduated from Nottingham University with an honours degree in mining engineering in 1967.
