Name Description

Michael Roth

 Mr. Michael I. Roth is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Roth has served on the Pitney Bowes Board of Directors since 1995 and as Lead Independent Director since February 2012. Mr. Roth is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., a global marketing communications and marketing services company. Mr. Roth is a director of Ryman Hospitality Corporation and The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc.

Marc Lautenbach

 Mr. Marc B. Lautenbach is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Pitney Bowes Inc. He joins the Company after 27 years at International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”). From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Lautenbach served as Managing Partner of IBM North America Global Business Services, responsible for the consulting and systems integration business, overseeing professionals in global delivery centers. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, Mr. Lautenbach was General Manager, IBM North America, the IBM sales and distribution operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America, and from 2000 to 2005 he was General Manager, IBM Global Small and Medium Business, responsible for all of IBM's efforts in support of small and medium businesses worldwide, including strategy, offering and channel development, and marketing and sales. Mr. Lautenbach joined IBM in 1985 and held numerous other sales management positions including Vice President IBM Asia-Pacific Small and Medium Business. In addition, Mr. Lautenbach was appointed to IBM’s Worldwide Management Committee in 2001, and then to the IBM Performance Team and the Integration and Values Team in 2006. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, from Denison University and earned an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Michael Monahan

 Mr. Michael Monahan is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since March 1, 2008. In this capacity, he has directed strategy and global product development for the core mailing business, where he developed breakthrough solutions such as integrated web-based shipping solutions and postal kiosks, and expanded the range of applications for internet postage. Mr. Monahan led the expansion into several growth areas, most significantly mail services and marketing services, which today contribute $600 million in incremental revenue, and, under his leadership, Pitney Bowes established itself as a in the US domestic presort business and international outbound mail services. Mr. Monahan joined Pitney Bowes in 1988 from PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA and held a senior financial positions at Pitney Bowes in accounting, investor relations, and corporate development and as CFO of a business unit.

Johnna Torsone

 Ms. Johnna G. Torsone is Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 2008. She joined Pitney Bowes Inc. in 1990 as Director, Corporate Employee Relations and Labor Relations Counsel. In that position, she crafted and played a role in implementation of the company’s diversity strategy, which has won Pitney Bowes awards and recognition over the last decade. She set the standards regarding how employees are treated through restructuring and transition and no litigation has resulted from these actions during her entire tenure.

Joseph Timko

 Mr. Joseph H. Timko is an Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Strategy Officer of Pitney Bowes Inc. He has been appointed as Chief Technology and Strategy Officer of the Company, effective April 11, 2012. Timko was a partner at the global consultancy McKinsey & Company before joining Pitney Bowes. In his 13 years at McKinsey, he led consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies in industries such as communications equipment and services, IT software and services, industrial controls, and chemicals. Earlier in his career, he worked in technology and leadership roles at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies.

Daniel Goldstein

 Mr. Daniel J. Goldstein is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since October 2010. From September 2008 until October 2010, Mr. Goldstein served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for GAF Materials Corporation, International Specialty Products, and ISP Minerals, a group of privately held, commonly owned companies in the building materials, chemicals and mining industries. Mr. Goldstein joined Pitney Bowes in 1999 as Associate General Counsel and was appointed Vice President, Deputy General Counsel in 2005.

Vicki O'Meara

 Ms. Vicki A. O'Meara is an Executive Vice President, President - Pitney Bowes Services & Solutions of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 2011. Ms. O’Meara joined the Company in June 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In July 2010, Ms. O’Meara became Executive Vice President and President, Pitney Bowes Management Services & Government and Postal Affairs, relinquishing her responsibilities as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Company, she was President - U.S. Supply Chain Solutions for Ryder System, Inc., a transportation and supply chain solutions company. Ms. O’Meara joined Ryder System, Inc. as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in June 1997.

Mark Shearer

 Mr. Mark Shearer has been appointed as Executive Vice President, President - Pitney Bowes SMB Mailing Solutions of Pitney Bowes Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Shearer had a 30-year career at IBM, where he held a broad range of general management, business and product strategy, and marketing senior leadership positions. He led both startup and mature businesses, with deep experience in the SMB space. He also held senior roles in marketing, which included the re-launch of the IBM mainframe, the $2B IBM System I business, and, in his last role at IBM, serving as VP of Marketing and Strategy for IBM’s $20B hardware businesses.

Mark Wright

 Mr. Mark Wright has been appointed as Executive Vice President, President - Pitney Bowes Software Solutions of Pitney Bowes Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Wright joins Pitney Bowes with two decades of leadership in the information technology and enterprise software sales and marketing arena with a record of growing revenue and integrating diverse software businesses creating synergies and scale. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President for Infor Global Solutions, where he had led 15 business units with $512M in annual revenue. Prior to Infor, Wright was President & CEO of Aurema, and eventually selling the company assets to Citrix Systems in 2007. Wright’s early career was at IBM, where over 18 years, he rose through the ranks from Sales Representative to Sales Leader to Business Unit Executive, eventually holding the title of Vice President, Software Sales and Marketing, Small & Midmarket Business, Americas.

 Ms. Linda G. Alvarado is an Independent Director of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 1992. She is president and chief executive officer of Alvarado Construction, Inc., a Denver-based commercial general contractor, construction management and development firm. Alvarado Construction has developed and constructed numerous multi-million dollar commercial, government, transportation, office, communications, energy, retail, heavy engineering, utility, and technology projects throughout the United States and Latin America. Ms. Alvarado is co-owner of the Colorado Rockies League Baseball Club and President of Palo Alto, Inc. which owns and operates YUM! Brands restaurants in multiple states.
