Marc Lautenbach |
Mr. Marc B. Lautenbach is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Pitney Bowes Inc. He joins the Company after 27 years at International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”). From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Lautenbach served as Managing Partner of IBM North America Global Business Services, responsible for the consulting and systems integration business, overseeing professionals in global delivery centers. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, Mr. Lautenbach was General Manager, IBM North America, the IBM sales and distribution operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America, and from 2000 to 2005 he was General Manager, IBM Global Small and Medium Business, responsible for all of IBM's efforts in support of small and medium businesses worldwide, including strategy, offering and channel development, and marketing and sales. Mr. Lautenbach joined IBM in 1985 and held numerous other sales management positions including Vice President IBM Asia-Pacific Small and Medium Business. In addition, Mr. Lautenbach was appointed to IBM’s Worldwide Management Committee in 2001, and then to the IBM Performance Team and the Integration and Values Team in 2006. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, from Denison University and earned an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. |
Michael Monahan |
Mr. Michael Monahan is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since March 1, 2008. In this capacity, he has directed strategy and global product development for the core mailing business, where he developed breakthrough solutions such as integrated web-based shipping solutions and postal kiosks, and expanded the range of applications for internet postage. Mr. Monahan led the expansion into several growth areas, most significantly mail services and marketing services, which today contribute $600 million in incremental revenue, and, under his leadership, Pitney Bowes established itself as a in the US domestic presort business and international outbound mail services. Mr. Monahan joined Pitney Bowes in 1988 from PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA and held a senior financial positions at Pitney Bowes in accounting, investor relations, and corporate development and as CFO of a business unit. |

Ms. Johnna G. Torsone is Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 2008. She joined Pitney Bowes Inc. in 1990 as Director, Corporate Employee Relations and Labor Relations Counsel. In that position, she crafted and played a role in implementation of the company’s diversity strategy, which has won Pitney Bowes awards and recognition over the last decade.
