Name Description

Michael Roth

Mr. Michael I. Roth is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Roth has served on the Pitney Bowes Board of Directors since 1995 and as Lead Independent Director since February 2012. Mr. Roth is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., a global marketing communications and marketing services company. Mr. Roth is a director of Ryman Hospitality Corporation and The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc.

Marc Lautenbach

Mr. Marc B. Lautenbach is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Lautenbach was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in December 2012. Before joining Pitney Bowes, Mr. Lautenbach held numerous positions during his career at IBM, which he joined in 1985. His leadership roles at IBM included serving as Vice President Small and Medium Business in Asia Pacific from 1998-2000, General Manager of IBM Global Small and Medium Business from 2000-2005, General Manager of IBM North America from 2005-2010, and Managing Partner, North America, for IBM Global Business Services.

Michael Monahan

Mr. Michael Monahan is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since March 1, 2008. In this capacity, he has directed strategy and global product development for the core mailing business, where he developed breakthrough solutions such as integrated web-based shipping solutions and postal kiosks, and expanded the range of applications for internet postage. Mr. Monahan led the expansion into several growth areas, most significantly mail services and marketing services, which today contribute $600 million in incremental revenue, and, under his leadership, Pitney Bowes established itself as a in the US domestic presort business and international outbound mail services. Mr. Monahan joined Pitney Bowes in 1988 from PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA and held a senior financial positions at Pitney Bowes in accounting, investor relations, and corporate development and as CFO of a business unit.

Johnna Torsone

Ms. Johnna G. Torsone is Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 2008. She joined Pitney Bowes Inc. in 1990 as Director, Corporate Employee Relations and Labor Relations Counsel. In that position, she crafted and played a role in implementation of the company’s diversity strategy, which has won Pitney Bowes awards and recognition over the last decade. She set the standards regarding how employees are treated through restructuring and transition and no litigation has resulted from these actions during her entire tenure.

Abby Kohnstamm

Ms. Abby F. Kohnstamm serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Pitney Bowes Inc., effective June 17, 2013. Kohnstamm is a globally recognized marketing leader who served as Chief Marketing Officer of IBM Corporation for over 12 years. In that capacity, she had overall responsibility for all aspects of marketing across IBM on a global basis. Some of Kohnstamm's accomplishments at IBM included developing IBM's first professional marketing function and key marketing processes, as well as repositioning and relaunching the IBM brand from a weakened position to one of today's top global brands. In addition, Kohnstamm had a pivotal role in re-engineering IBM's go-to-market approach and was instrumental in the evolution of the company's SMB strategy. Before joining IBM, she held a number of senior marketing positions at American Express from 1979 through 1993. Kohnstamm is currently president and founder of Abby F. Kohnstamm & Associates, Inc., a marketing consulting firm which she founded in 2006. Kohnstamm serves on the Board of Directors of Tiffany & Co., World Fuel Services Corporation and the Roundabout Theatre Company. She is also a Trustee Emerita on the Board of Trustees of Tufts University. A graduate of Tufts University, Kohnstamm also holds an MA in Education from New York University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Daniel Goldstein

Mr. Daniel J. Goldstein is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc., since October 2010. From September 2008 until October 2010, Mr. Goldstein served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for GAF Materials Corporation, International Specialty Products, and ISP Minerals, a group of privately held, commonly owned companies in the building materials, chemicals and mining industries. Mr. Goldstein joined Pitney Bowes in 1999 as Associate General Counsel and was appointed Vice President, Deputy General Counsel in 2005.

Roger Pilc

Mr. Roger Pilc seves as Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of Pitney Bowes Inc., with effect from June 4, 2013. Pilc joins Pitney Bowes from CA Technologies, the enterprise management software provider. Since 2007, he held various leadership roles as a Senior Vice President and General Manager, including CA Technologies distributed systems management business unit, as well as running another business unit driving CA Technologies growth and market share leadership in cloud systems management. He also led CA Technologies Strategic Alliances and Business Development team, and their Service Provider and Industry Vertical solutions initiatives. Pilc began his career at management consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey & Company. Working in New York and London, his client roster spanned telecommunications, finance, consumer goods, defense electronics and aerospace. In 2001, he became Chief Operating Officer at enterprise management software company SMARTS. In addition, he was CEO of Whale Communications, a security software vendor which he led and sold to Microsoft. Pilc earned from Cornell University a B.S. from the College of Engineering and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences. He has an M.S. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mark Shearer

Mr. Mark Shearer has been appointed as Executive Vice President, President - Pitney Bowes SMB Mailing Solutions of Pitney Bowes Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Shearer had a 30-year career at IBM, where he held a broad range of general management, business and product strategy, and marketing senior leadership positions. He led both startup and mature businesses, with deep experience in the SMB space. He also held senior roles in marketing, which included the re-launch of the IBM mainframe, the $2B IBM System I business, and, in his last role at IBM, serving as VP of Marketing and Strategy for IBM’s $20B hardware businesses.

Mark Wright

Mr. Mark Wright serves as Executive Vice President, President - Pitney Bowes Digital Commerce Solutions of Pitney Bowes Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Wright joins Pitney Bowes with two decades of leadership in the information technology and enterprise software sales and marketing arena with a record of growing revenue and integrating diverse software businesses creating synergies and scale. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President for Infor Global Solutions, where he had led 15 business units with $512M in annual revenue. Prior to Infor, Wright was President & CEO of Aurema, and eventually selling the company assets to Citrix Systems in 2007. Wright’s early career was at IBM, where over 18 years, he rose through the ranks from Sales Representative to Sales Leader to Business Unit Executive, eventually holding the title of Vice President, Software Sales and Marketing, Small & Midmarket Business, Americas.

Ms. Linda G. Alvarado is an Independent Director of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 1992. She is president and chief executive officer of Alvarado Construction, Inc., a Denver-based commercial general contractor, construction management and development firm. Alvarado Construction has developed and constructed numerous multi-million dollar commercial, government, transportation, office, communications, energy, retail, heavy engineering, utility, and technology projects throughout the United States and Latin America. Ms. Alvarado is co-owner of the Colorado Rockies League Baseball Club and President of Palo Alto, Inc. which owns and operates YUM! Brands restaurants in multiple states.

Ms. Anne Sutherland Fuchs is an Independent Director of Pitney Bowes Inc., since 2002. She has been group president, Growth Brands Division, Digital Ventures, a division of J.C. Penney Company, Inc., a retailer, since November 2010. Formerly, a consultant to private equity firms. Chair of the Commission on Women’s Issues for New York City since 2002. Ms. Fuchs has experience as a senior executive with operational responsibility within the media and marketing industries, as well as experience as global chief executive officer of a unit of LMVH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Until March 2014, chief executive officer, Leap Wireless International, Inc., a provider of wireless services and devices through its subsidiary, Cricket Communications, Inc. since February 2005; president and chief executive officer, February 2005 – November 2012.
