William Deeks

 Mr. William G. Deeks serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. He has 50 years experience in Mining, covering Marketing, R&D, Environmental Management, Health Safety and Accident prevention at work sites, approval of exploration budgets and work on project feasibilities and is on the Governance committee of the Mining Association of Canada's "Toward Sustainable Mining" initiative in which Booker will participate. Most recently he was Chairman of Charles Tennant Canada, a mining chemicals/collectors producer and Chemicals Distribution company.

Gregory Anderson

 Mr. Gregory Rae Anderson serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. He has been Owner, President and CEO G.R. Enterprises. He has a lifetime of business, corporate finance, investment, marketing and brokerage experience. He has, since 1997, been instrumental in funding all aspects of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc.'s growth as well as handling investor relations.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1976, receiving the Class Honor in removable prosthetics. Following graduation he interned for three years in a private periodontal practice. He has participated in hours of continuing education, focusing on cosmetic, reconstructive dentistry, dental implants and implant supported restorations, occlusion and TMJ disorders. For his studies, he has been honored with the status of "Diplomate" from the International Congress of Oral Implantology. During his 30 years of continued private practice, Dr. Simmons has had the opportunity to lecture nationally and internationally. He has shared his knowledge and experience of marketing, business management, implantology, TMJ and occlusion with his peers. His solo practice continues to be rated in the top 1% of practices in the US. He is a participating member of many professional associations, including Minnesota Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Simmons was exposed to the science of geology, at a early age.
