Name Description

Eddie Junianto Subari

Mr. Eddie Junianto Subari serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since August 13, 2015. He served as a Director from 2000 to 2012, and from 2013 until August 13, 2015. He has worked with PT Arutmin Indonesia. He obtained his Accounting degree from University of Indonesia in 1986. He started his career as accountant, auditor and in the field of Capital Markets from 1984 to 1997. He joined the Bakrie Group in 1997 and served several positions, such as the Head of Corporate Finance in PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia, a Commissioner of PT Bumi Modern Tbk (now PT Bumi Resources Tbk) in 1997, as Director of PT Arutmin Indonesia from 2001 to 2007 and Director of PT Kaltim Prima Coal from 2003 to 2007. He has also been serving as a Director of Gallo Oil from 2000 to present.

Ari Saptari Hoedaja

Mr. Ari Saptari Hoedaja serves as the President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since 2001. He graduated from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Mechanical Engineering (1983). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bumi plc until March 2012. He is also President Commissioner of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk and PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. He was Non Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bumi Plc.

Andrew Beckham

Mr. Andrew C. Beckham serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since December 2006. He earned a degree in Economics from University of Portsmouth and awarded the Diploma for International Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. After working in the UK for 10 years, he moved to Australia and worked for Allianz and Exxon Mobil. In February 2000, he moved to Indonesia and worked for BHP Billiton as consultant in PT Arutmin Indonesia. In December 2001, he was appointed as Finance Manager for Arutmin, now owned by PT Bumi Resources Tbk. With the acquisition of PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC), he was appointed as Manager of Business Development in KPC and was involved in the issuance of the first bond from Indonesia with an Investment Grade rating after the financial crisis. In January 2005, he joined the Company as Vice President, then was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on December 2006. He was also Director of Herald Resources in the ASX since 2009, and Chief Financial Officer of Bumi Plc until 2012. He is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Raden Ajeng Sri Dharmayanti

Ms. Raden Ajeng Sri Dharmayanti serves as a Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since 2013. She also a Director and Corporate Secretary of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, and Commissioner of both PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia since 2007. She is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA), Board Member of Indonesian Mining Association (API-IMA), Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals (PERHAPI), Indonesia Public Listed Companies Association (AEI), and member of Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA). Prior to her appointment as the Company’s Director, she was Chief Legal Officer of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. She obtained Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia.

Dileep Srivastava

Mr. Dileep Srivastava serves as Corporate Secretary and Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since June 2010. He was Company's Director from March 2008 to June 2010. Mr. Srivastava joined the Bakrie Group in 1997. He served at a number of senior positions in the group companies, including Director of PT Bakrie & Brothers, Trans-Bakrie, and Bumi Resources, responsible for Group Investor Relations and Corporate Planning/Business Development for PT Bakrie & Brothers Holding (including Bakrie Telecom). He joined BUMI in 2005 for Investor Relations function, Corporate Secretary, PR, Media, Governance and Communications. Since March 2008, concurrently held the position of Director of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. Prior to joining the Bakrie Group, he was Chief Executive Officer of PT Kalindo deka Griya (owner of Menara Kadin Indonesia) and other real estate projects in Indonesia, headed the Delhi establishment of Bennett & Coleman (owner of the Times India Group in India) and ICI Limited across various business functions. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Kanpur University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Nalinkant Rathod

Shri. Nalinkant (Nalin) Amratlal Rathod serves as Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since 2001. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhara University, India (1970) and Chartered Accountant of India (1976). Currently he is Managing Director of Capital Managers Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore, financial advisory company operating in Asia. He was appointed Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk., PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, and PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. Companies under Bakrie Group. He was a successful businessman in his field and a cross-cultural negotiator, as well as an experienced dealmaker. He is also socially active and is currently the President of India Club, Jakarta, Indonesia, and has recently been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Indonesia.

Anton Setianto Soedarsono

Mr. Anton Setianto Soedarsono serves as Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since June 26, 2009. He graduated from the Yokohama National University, Japan (1966) and started his career with Pertamina from 1966 to 1981, where, during his last five years he was stationed at its Jakarta Main Office to serve as the Marketing Manager for Overseas Crude Oil and Petroleum. He became an independent consultant for oil and gas companies and international oil business. He later joined Unocal and was stationed at its Indonesian Representative office in Jakarta. During his 10-year career, he assumed several positions as the Vice President for Oil Commercial Affairs and Vice President for Government Relations. From 1994 to 1998, he served as CEO and President Director of Bakrie Investindo and as Vice President Commissioner of PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia from 1998 to 1999.
