Robert Hotz

 Mr. Robert H. Hotz has been appointed as Independent Chairman of the Board of Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack effective September 13, 2011. Mr. Hotz is Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking, a member of the Operating Committee and Co-Chairman of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Inc, where he has been employed since 2002. Mr. Hotz currently serves as a director of Universal Health Services, Inc.

Michael Odell

 Mr. Michael R. Odell is the President, Chief Executive Officer,Director of The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack. He was named Chief Executive Officer on September 22, 2008, after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since April 23, 2008. Mr. Odell received the additional title of President on June 17, 2010. Mr. Odell joined the Company in September 2007 as Executive Vice President—Chief Operating Officer, after having most recently served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sears Retail & Specialty Stores. Mr. Odell joined Sears in its finance department in 1994 where he served until he joined Sears operations team in 1998. There he served in various executive operations positions of increasing seniority, including as Vice President, Stores—Sears Automotive Group.

David Stern

 Mr. David Ross Stern has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack., effective September 10, 2012. Mr. Stern most recently served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts. From 2007 until joining A.C. Moore in 2009, Mr. Stern held roles at Coldwater Creek, the multi-channel specialty retailer, including Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Controller. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Stern was the Chief Financial Officer of Petro Services, a convenience store retailer. Mr. Stern began his career as an internal auditor and gained experience as a financial analyst, accounting manager and corporate controller at several other companies, including Delhaize America, before joining Petro Services.

Scott Webb

 Mr. Scott A. Webb is Executive Vice President - Merchandising & Marketing of The Pep Boys -Manny Moe & Jack. He joined the Company in September 2007 as Senior Vice President—Merchandising & Marketing. Prior to joining Pep Boys, Mr. Webb served as the Vice President, Merchandising and Customer Satisfaction of AutoZone. Mr. Webb joined AutoZone in 1986 where he began his service in field management before transitioning, in 1992, to the Merchandising function.

William Shull

 Mr. William E. Shull III, is Executive Vice President - Stores of The Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack since June 17, 2010. He joined the Company in September 2008 as Senior Vice President—Stores. Over the last 25 years Mr. Shull has held several senior management positions with a variety of retailer and service companies where his focus was on building and integrating store management teams into profitable and cohesive units. In his 13 years at AutoZone he was instrumental in building the foundation of the retail chain in 4 geographic regions and responsible for store communications, training, and served on several strategic initiative committees.

Brian Zuckerman

 Mr. Brian David Zuckerman was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Pep Boys - Manny Moe & Jack since March 1, 2009 after having most recently served as Vice President—General Counsel & Secretary since 2003. Mr. Zuckerman joined the Company as a staff attorney in 1999. Prior to joining Pep Boys, Mr. Zuckerman practiced corporate and securities law with two firms in Philadelphia.

Troy Fee

 Mr. Troy E. Fee is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Pep Boys - Manny Moe & Jack. He joined the Company in July 2007, after having most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services for TBC Corporation, then the parent company of Big O Tires, Tire Kingdom and National Tire & Battery. Mr. Fee has over 20 years experience in operations and human resources in the tire and automotive service and repair business.

 Mr. Christopher J. Adams is appointed as Senior Vice President - Store Operations of Pep Boys-Manny Moe & Jack. Since 2010, From November 2010 through February 2013, Mr. Adams served as Chief Operating Officer of CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com. From July 2008 to September 2010, Mr. Adams served as Chief Operating Officer of Holland Partners, a developer and manager of multifamily communities. From November 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Adams served as Chief Operating Officer of The BabyPlus Company, a manufacturer and distributor of a prenatal education system. Mr. Adams began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he progressed from a management trainee to becoming one of the executives selected to open up and lead Enterprise's U.K. operations.

Thomas Carey

 Mr. Thomas J. Carey has been appointed as the Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer of Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack. effective August 6, 2012. Mr. Carey most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Orchard Supply Hardware. From 2003 until joining Orchard in 2007, Mr. Carey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of West Marine, Inc. Prior to joining West Marine, Mr. Carey served in various marketing leadership positions of increasing seniority with several national retailers, and also has agency experience with, among others, Ogilvy & Mather and Young & Rubicam.

Joseph Cirelli

 Mr. Joseph A. Cirelli is Senior Vice President - Corporate Development of Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack in November 2007. Since March 1977, Mr. Cirelli has served the Company in positions of increasing seniority, including Senior Vice President—Service, Vice President—Real Estate and Development, Vice President—Operations Administration, and Vice President—Customer Satisfaction.

Ms. Weiss is President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Consulting, Inc. a boutique consulting practice focused on product and brand development, consumer contact strategies, operational improvements and turnarounds. Ms. Weiss has specialty retail experience having served in several senior executive positions with dELiA*s, The Limited, Intimate Brands, Guess and Ann Taylor Stores. Mr. Reid currently serves as a director of A. Schulman, Inc. and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and, during the past five years, served as a director of Handleman Corporation.

In 2008, Mr. Williams retired from his position of Corporate President and Vice Chairman of GoldToeMoretz, LLC, the resultant parent company formed as a result of the merger of Gold Toe Brands, Inc. and Moretz Sports, Inc. in October 2006.
