Brian Adams

 Mr. Brian F. Adams, FCGA, is Chief Financial Officer of Pacificore Mining Corporation. He resigned from the position of Director of the Company with effective September 1, 2011. Mr. Adams is a Certified General Accountant and has been a Principal in respected independent accounting firm since 1968. Mr. Adams was elected a 'Fellow' of the Canadian CGA Association in 1974, a Life Member of the CGA Association of B.C in 1978 and received the Queen's Silver Jubilee Medal in 1977 for service to his profession. He has served on the Board of Governors of the CGA Association of B.C. and the Board of Directors of CGA Canada; as President of the CGA Association of B.C. and Chairman of CGA Canada; served as one of three Canadian representatives to the International Federation of Accountants; has been appointed a member of the Auditor Certification Board of B.C. and served as Chairman. Mr. Adams, in addition to many years of accounting experience, has considerable experience in supervising and conducting audits of Credit Unions, Trust Accounts and commercial ventures.

Christian Derosier

 Dr. Christian Derosier is Non-Independent Director of Pacificore Mining Corporation. In 1966, Dr. Derosier received his diploma in physical, chemical, and natural sciences (SPCN) from the University of Paris, France, followed by his MSc, geology, in 1969 and his DSc, geology, in 1971, both also from the University of Paris. Dr. Derosier is a member of the Order of Geologists of Quebec and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Dr. Derosier has served as a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and as both a vice-president and a president of the Quebec Prospectors Association. In addition, Dr. Derosier is experienced in the workings of exploration companies having, over the past 20 years, served as a founder, director and president of a number of Canadian junior exploration firms. Dr. Derosier has more than 40 years of exploration and mining experience. He has experience working on and heading up exploration programs in such countries as Canada, the United States, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, China, Belgium, France, Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, Madagascar, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Haiti and Guyana. Dr. Derosier participated in the discovery of a two-million-tonne copper deposit near Chibougamau (the Corner Bay project), Que., which was being placed into production by neighbouring Campbell Mines. Apella currently controls key exploration claims adjoining this deposit. Dr. Derosier was involved in the financing and discovery of the Gonzague-Langlois polymetallic mine in Lebel sur Quevillon (VSM Resources, 1989) which was sold to Cambior and is now owned and operated by Breakwater Resources. Dr. Derosier has been involved in programs for increasing and proving the reserves of two titaniferous ore deposits around the Lac Allard ilmenite deposit, Quebec, Canada, for Rio Algom Mines Ltd.

 Mr. Donald R. Wilson has been appointed as Director of PacificOre Mining Corp effective March 8, 2013. Mr. Wilson has been active in both financing and corporate communications in both the private and public sectors for more than 17 years.

Dennis Bordin

 Mr. Dennis Bordin, P.Eng, is Independent Director of Pacificore Mining Corporation. Mr. Bordin is registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and is an active member of The Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the American Institute of Mining Engineers. Mr. Bordin, P.Eng, of Timmins, Ontario, is a professional mining engineer with 30 years of experience in the industry. He has experience in all aspects of the business both domestically and internationally, including mineral exploration, mine feasibility, open-pit/underground operations, smelting and refining. He has knowledge in the area of international procurement and logistics of mineral feeds for processing in Canadian smelting operations. Mr. Bordin worked on northern Labrador iron ore projects with the Iron Ore Company of Canada dealing with development and logistics of mining in a remote sensitive area.
