Darbee, Peter Mr. Peter Darbee is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of PG&E Corporation since September 2007 and also from January 2006 to June 2007. He also is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company and has held those positions since September 2008. Mr. Darbee was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PG&E Corporation from July 2007 to September 2007, Chairman of the Board of Pacific Gas and Electric Company from January 2006 to June 2007, President and Chief Executive Officer of PG&E Corporation from January 2005 to December 2005, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation from September 1999 to December 2004. Mr. Darbee has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2005.
Harvey, Kent Mr. Kent Harvey has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of PG&E Corporation effective August 1, 2009. McFadden, Nancy Ms. Nancy E. McFadden is Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of PG&E Corporation. She is responsible for managing the company’s federal, state and local government relations, and philanthropic and community initiatives, while helping guide its efforts to be a national environmental leader. Before joining PG&E, McFadden spent nearly two decades as a key legal, policy, and political strategist in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento, most recently as senior advisor and deputy chief of staff to Governor Gray Davis. Prior to working in Sacramento, McFadden served for eight years in the Clinton Administration as deputy chief of staff to Vice President Al Gore and general counsel for the U.S. Department of Transportation. The Washington Post named her one of the “go-to people” in the Clinton Administration for her significant record of accomplishment. McFadden started her career practicing law with the firm of O’Melveny and Myers, during which time, she was named “One of the 40 Best Lawyers Under 40” by Washingtonian magazine. In addition to serving as an executive with PG&E, McFadden has been appointed by the California State Senate and two governors to serve on the California Medical Assistance Commission, the agency that negotiates MediCal contracts with hospitals and health plans. McFadden is a Bay Area native, and has a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the California Museum for History, Women and the Arts and the Women’s Foundation of California.
Pruett, Greg Mr. Greg S. Pruett is Senior Vice President - Corporate Affairs of PG&E Corporation since November 2007. He was Vice President, Corporate Relations from March 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007. He is responsible for all branding and advertising efforts for both the Corporation and the utility, as well as managing all communications activities for the entire enterprise. He previously worked as the vice president of communications and marketing for the American Gas Association. Pruett has 27 years of experience and expertise in communications and public affairs, including senior leadership positions at Bechtel and PG&E. Parra, Rosendo Mr. Rosendo G. Parra is Director of PG&E Corporation. Mr. Parra has more than 25 years of experience as a successful executive in the technology industry. Prior to the launch of Daylight Partners in 2007, he spent 14 years at Dell Inc. in various executive positions. His tenure at Dell included six years as Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager for Dell's Americas region. In that position, he was responsible for all of Dell's operations in the region, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Services, representing over 60 percent of the company's revenues and more than 35,000 employees. Mr. Parra joined Dell in 1993 and rose through a number of senior management posts, including the company's Home and Small Business, Public Sector, and Corporate Sales units. Prior to his career at Dell, Parra was a senior executive with GRiD Computer Systems Inc. in Mountain View, California. He began his career with Tandy Corporation, where he held a number of sales and management roles for 12 years. Mr. Parra currently serves on the Board of Directors of Brinker International, a Fortune 1000 casual dining company. He also serves on the Board of Directors of NII Holdings, Inc., also a Fortune 1000 company and a provider of fully integrated mobile communication services designed for businesses and individual customers in selected Latin American markets. Mr. Parra earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1982.
