James Jacobson

 Mr. James A. Jacobson is Independent Trustee of Pimco California Municipal Income Fund II. Mr. Jacobson has executive and board experience in the financial services industry. He served for more than 15 years as a senior executive at a New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) specialist firm. He has also served on the NYSE Board of Directors, including terms as Vice Chair. As such, he provides experience on matters relating to portfolio brokerage and trade execution. He also provides the Funds with financial experience, serves as the Audit Oversight Committee’s Chair. John Maney

 Mr. John C. Maney is Trustee of Pimco California Municipal Income Fund II. Formerly, Managing Director, Investment Banking Division of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Trustee of the funds in the Allianz/PIMCO Fund Complex since 2006. Mr. Ogden has substantial senior executive experience in the investment banking industry. He served as Managing Director at Citigroup, where he established and led the firm’s efforts to raise capital for, and provide mergers and acquisition advisory services to, asset managers and investment advisers. He also has experience with fund products through his senior-level responsibility for originating and underwriting a broad variety of such products.
