Ronald Cargo

 Mr. Ronald J. Cargo is Independent Chairman of the Board of Platinum Communications Corp. He serves as the President, Director and owner of Blue Springs Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas corporation, since 1991. Director and Chairman of Drumlin Energy Corp. from September 2001 to November 24, 2011.

Bernard Parkinson

 Mr. Bernard D. Parkinson is President, Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Communications Corp. Since 2005 and prior to joining Platinum, Mr. Parkinson was the Founder and Director of NexAira Inc., a San Diego based provider of wireless broadband data solutions. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Parkinson was Director, Business Development of Bell West Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of BCE Inc.) While at Bell West, Mr. Parkinson was responsible for the overall business planning function and provided guidance to the sales team to develop and present complex bids for corporate accounts. Mr. Parkinson also held a senior management role in the construction and commissioning of the Alberta SuperNet project.

Katherine Kirkup

 Ms. Katherine M. Kirkup is Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Communications Corp. Ms. Kirkup is a financial manager with the necessary experience to develop and manage the finance and accounting functions of a high-growth telecommunications company. Ms. Kirkup spent 17 years with Monarch Communications Inc. in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility culminating as VP Finance and Controller. While at Monarch Ms. Kirkup was part of the senior management team responsible for managing the financial and accounting functions of the Cable, Internet and Broadcasting divisions of the company. Ms. Kirkup managed these responsibilities until Shaw Communications acquired Monarch where she continued to play an instrumental role in transitioning the businesses to the new owners. Ms. Kirkup most recently held the CFO position with an oil and gas supply company.

Chad Cunningham

 Mr. Chad J. Cunningham is Vice President - Sales and Marketing of Platinum Communications Corp. Mr. Cunningham has had career in telecom with stays at Monarch Cablesystems a high-growth telecommunications company that was acquired by Shaw Communications. While at Monarch Mr. Cunningham was part of the senior management team responsible for executing the sales and marketing functions of the Cable, Internet and Broadcasting divisions of the company as their Sales Manager. Most recently Mr. Cunningham held the position of Director, Sales & Marketing at CityWest Cable and Telephone Corp. in Prince Rupert, BC.

Faralee Chanin

 Ms. Faralee A. Chanin is Corporate Secretary of Platinum Communiations Corp. She has a corporate commercial practice with an emphasis on taxation and securities law including the structuring and implementing of transactions and corporate reorganizations for both private and public companies in a tax-effective manner. She acts as counsel, advising on securities matters for various public companies and has completed several initial public offerings. She currently is a member of the law firm Field LLP and practices primarily in taxation and securities law. Ms. Chanin is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Calgary Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UTS Energy Corporation from August 5, 2005 to September 30, 2010. Chief Financial Officer of Platinum from August 24, 2001 to April 24, 2006. President and director of Waymar Energy Inc. from 1995 to present. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Alliance Pipeline Ltd. from June 1996 until March 2001. Director of Drumlin Energy Corp. from September 2001 to November 24, 2011.

 Mr. James H. Ross is Independent Director of Platinum Communications Corp. He serves as the President, Director and owner of Dalriada Capital Corp., a private corporation engaged in a variety of investment activities including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Secured Lending and Leasing, since September 2007.
