He is currently President of MAX Resource Corp. and CFO of Mexivada Mining Corp., TerraX Minerals Inc. and Consolidated Global Cable Systems, Inc., as well as a Director and member of the audit committee of Alberta Star Development Corp., all of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Morton, J. William Mr. J. William Morton is Director of Prophecy Resource Corp. He is President and CEO, Eastfield Resources Ltd.; President and CEO, Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd.; President and CEO, Lorraine Copper Corp.
