Name Description

Scott Anderson

Mr. Scott P. Anderson is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Patterson Companies, Inc. Mr. Anderson has worked with Patterson since 1993. Prior to June 2006 when he became President of Patterson Dental Supply, Inc., Patterson’s largest business, Mr. Anderson held senior management positions in the dental unit, including Vice President, Sales, and Vice President, Marketing. Mr. Anderson started his career as a territory sales representative in the dental business before becoming national equipment manager, manager of the San Francisco branch and manager of the Minnesota branch, two of Patterson’s largest dental branch offices. Mr. Anderson became one of our directors in June 2010. Mr. Anderson currently serves on the board of directors of the Dental Trade Alliance, the trade association that represents dental manufacturers, distributors and laboratories. He also has served as a director of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. since January 2012.

R. Stephen Armstrong

Mr. R. Stephen Armstrong is no longer Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of Patterson Companies, Inc., effective October 31, 2014. Before joining Patterson, Mr. Armstrong had been an Assurance Partner with Ernst & Young LLP. Ernst & Young LLP is currently Patterson’s independent registered public accounting firm. Mr. Armstrong has been a director of Delphax Technologies, Inc. since 2000.

Paul Guggenheim

Mr. Paul A. Guggenheim is President - Patterson Dental Supply, Inc., a subsidiary Company of Patterson Companies, Inc., since April 2010. Mr. Guggenheim previously was the southwest region manager of Patterson Dental. Mr. Guggenheim joined the Company in 2000 following the acquisition of Guggenheim Brothers Dental Supply. Mr. Guggenheim has worked in the dental industry for over 25 years and is former chairman of the American Dental Trade Association (now the Dental Trade Alliance). Ms. Ranell M. Hamm is Chief Information Officer of Patterson Companies, Inc., since April 2011. Prior to joining Patterson, Ms. Hamm was Senior Director of Clinical Information Delivery for UnitedHealth Group. Prior to UnitedHealth Group she was employed by Assurant, Inc., where she was Senior Vice President of Finance Systems & Services, IT Security; Chief Information Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Shared Business Services; and Senior Vice President of Shared Services Organization.

Sean Muniz

Mr. Sean M. Muniz is Vice President - Operations of Patterson Companies, Inc., since November 2012. Mr. Muniz held the position of Director of Facilities and Risk Management since 2007 and, prior to that Mr. Muniz relocated to the Corporate Office where he became the Director of Operations for Patterson Logistics Services, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Muniz began his career with Patterson in 1990.

Jonelle Burnham

Ms. Jonelle R. Burnham is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Patterson Companies, Inc. She became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in April 2014. She previously served as Associate General Counsel from October 2009 to April 2014. From July 2002 to September 2009, Ms. Burnham held various positions as counsel, assistant secretary and senior patent attorney for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a global consumer brand company. Ann Gugino

Mrs. Ann B. Gugino is appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Patterson Companies, Inc., effective November 1, 2014. Mrs. Gugino has been with Patterson Companies since 2000, serving as the company’s vice president, strategy and planning since 2012. In that role, Gugino has teamed with executive management in creating and implementing strategic initiatives. She has also been responsible for leading Patterson’s corporate-wide planning, forecasting and budgeting activities as well as managing the investor relations function. In addition, Gugino has served in several financial and operational management leadership roles within Patterson Dental, including vice president, finance and operations and controller. Prior to her career with Patterson, Ann worked for Ernst & Young, LLP and achieved her Certified Public Accountant designation. She currently serves on the board of directors of Oral Health America and Washburn Children’s Center. She is a candidate for an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University in December 2014, and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Sarena Lin

Ms. Sarena S. Lin is Director of Patterson Companies, Inc. She has been with global food producer Cargill for almost three years. Prior to joining Cargill, she was a principal at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where she was the co-founder of the McKinsey Asia Center, a special initiative to support the company’s globalization efforts for Asian and Western clients. Before joining McKinsey, she held leadership positions with Procter & Gamble. Lin holds an MBA in Strategy and an MA in International Relations from Yale University. She received a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Neil Schrimsher

Mr. Neil A. Schrimsher is Director of Patterson Companies, Inc. Since fall 2011 Schrimsher has been president & chief executive officer of Cleveland-based Applied Industrial Technologies, one of North America’s largest industrial parts distributors. Previously Schrimsher was executive vice president of Cooper Industries, a global electrical products manufacturer, where he led multiple businesses in Cooper’s Electrical Products Group and headed numerous domestic and international growth initiatives. Other experience includes senior leadership positions for Siemens Energy & Automation, part of Siemens AG, the global electronics and electrical engineering company. He began his career at General Electric Company and rose through a succession of positions in GE Lighting. Scrimsher holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Tennessee.

James Wiltz

Mr. James W. Wiltz is Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since March 2001. He served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2005 until his retirement in April 2010. Mr. Wiltz served as President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2003 through May 2005. He began working with the Company in September 1969. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Wiltz served as President of the subsidiary, Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. Since January 2010, Mr. Wiltz has served as a director of HealthEast Care System, a non-profit healthcare provider, and on its finance committee. He has been one of the directors since March 2001.

John Buck

Mr. John D. Buck is an Independent Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since December 2006. He is the principal owner of Whitefish Ventures, LLC, a family investment fund. He has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2000. Mr. Buck was Chief Executive Officer of Medica, the second health benefits plan in Minnesota, from February 2002 to May 2003. From 1996 to 2000, he worked for Fingerhut Companies, Inc. with his last assignment as President and Chief Operating Officer, and played an integral role in developing the business services area of the company. Ms. Jody H. Feragen is an Independent Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since September 13, 2011. She has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hormel Foods Corp., a multinational marketer and manufacturer of brand name food and meat products, since November 2010. Ms. Feragen served as Hormel’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2007 to October 2010 and Hormel’s Vice President (Finance) and Treasurer from October 2005 to December 2006. She also has served on Hormel’s board of directors since 2007.

Ms. Ellen A. Rudnick is an Independent Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since December 2003. She has served as Executive Director and Clinical Professor of the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business since March 1999. She served as Chairman of Pacific Biometrics, a medical diagnostics company which she co-founded, from 1993 to 1999; President of HCIA and CEO of Healthcare Knowledge Resources, both healthcare information service companies, from 1990 to 1992; and served in a capacities at Baxter Healthcare from 1975 to 1990, including Corporate Vice President of Baxter Healthcare and President and Founder of Baxter Management Services Division. Ms. Rudnick served as Founder and Chairman of CEO Advisors, a consulting firm established in 1992. Ms. Rudnick serves as director of First Midwest Bancorp, Inc., HMS Holdings Corporation and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Harold Slavkin

Dr. Harold C. Slavkin is an Independent Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since December 2001. He was the Dean of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry from August 2000 until his retirement in December 2008. Dr. Slavkin continues to be a member of the faculty of the USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Slavkin joined USC after serving as the sixth director of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, one of the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Slavkin is a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a Fellow of both the American College of Dentistry and the International College of Dentistry, Past-President of the American Association for Dental Research and a member of the International Association for Dental Research. In 1968, Dr. Slavkin joined the faculty of the USC School of Dentistry.

Les Vinney

Mr. Les C. Vinney is an Independent Director of Patterson Companies, Inc., since December 2008. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of STERIS Corporation, a provider of infection prevention and surgical products and services for the healthcare, pharmaceutical and research markets. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of STERIS Corporation from 2000 to 2007, after which time he served as Senior Advisor to STERIS Corporation until his retirement in 2009. Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer, he was such company’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations. He previously held various senior management positions with Goodrich Corporation (formerly B.F. Goodrich), including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vinney also serves as a director of Campbell Soup Company.
