Mel Egglenton

 Mr. Mel Egglenton has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Pendragon PLC. He is a chartered accountant and former Regional Chairman of KPMG Midlands and Senior Partner of its Birmingham practice. Mr. Egglenton is a non-executive director of, and advisor to, a number of private companies. Mr. Egglenton is the chair of the Company’s Audit Committee.

Trevor Finn

 Mr. Trevor G. Finn is Chief Executive, Executive Director of Pendragon Plc. He Joined the vehicle division of Williams PLC in 1982 and subsequently became divisional managing director. He was appointed chief executive of Pendragon prior to the demerger from Williams.

Tim Holden

 Mr. Tim P. Holden is Finance Director, Executive Director of Pendragon PLC. He Joined Pendragon in June 2008 as group financial controller from KPMG LLP, where he was a senior manager advising on audit and transactional service matters. He is a chartered accountant. Mr. Holden became finance director in December 2009.

Martin Casha

Christopher Chambers

 Mr. Christopher Michael Chambers is Independent Non-Executive Director of Pendragon PLC. He pursued a career in investment banking, culminating in his roles as managing director and Head of European Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse First Boston and finally as a director of MAN Group PLC. Since 2010 he has concentrated on non-executive roles, primarily in real estate and banking. He brings retail experience, as former chairman of the prestigious Swiss Jelmoli store, and retail and commercial property from Swiss Prime Site AG, where he is a non-executive director. His other current non-executive roles are as a member of the supervisory boards of Berenberg Bank (Schweiz) AG and G.E. Money Bank AG Switzerland and he is a senior adviser to private equity firm, Lone Star Europe.
