Name Description

Peter Carlino

Mr. Peter M. Carlino is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Penn National Gaming Inc. Since 1976, he has been President of Carlino Capital Management Corp. (formerly known as Carlino Financial Corporation), a holding company which owns and operates Carlino family businesses and oversees investments, in which capacity he has been continuously active in strategic planning and monitoring operations.

Timothy Wilmott

Mr. Timothy J. Wilmott is President, Chief Executive Officer of Penn National Gaming Inc.Previously, Mr. Wilmott served as Chief Operating Officer of Harrah's Entertainment, a position he held for approximately four years. In this position, he oversaw the operations of all of Harrah's revenue-generating businesses, including 48 casinos, 38,000 hotel rooms and 300 restaurants. All Harrah's Division Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents of Brand Operations, Marketing and Information Technology personnel reported to Mr. Wilmott in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his appointment to the position of Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wilmott served from 1997 to 2002 as Division President of Harrah's Eastern Division with responsibility for the operations of eight Harrah's properties.

Saul Reibstein

Mr. Saul V. Reibstein, CPA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Penn National Gaming Inc., effective December 4, 2013. Since 2004, Mr. Reibstein has served as a member of the senior management team of CBIZ, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed professional services company, where his current primary responsibility is managing business development on a national basis as Executive Managing Director. Mr. Reibstein has also managed nine business units in CBIZ's Financial Services Group and is part of a team that is responsible for acquisitions of accounting firms for CBIZ on a national basis. Mr. Reibstein also serves as a director of Vishay Precision Group, Inc., where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Reibstein has over 35 years of public accounting experience, including 11 years serving as a partner in BDO Seidman, LLP, (now BDO USA, LLP) a national accounting services firm, where he was the partner in charge of the Philadelphia office from June 1997 to December 2001 and Regional Business Line Leader from December 2001 until September 2004.

Thomas Burke

Mr. Thomas P. Burke is Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Penn National Gaming Inc. Mr. Burke joined the Company in November 2002. In this position, Mr. Burke is responsible for overseeing all facets of Company's facilities located in Company's Southern Plains segment. Previously, Mr. Burke served as Vice President and General Manager of Company's Argosy Casino Riverside from June 2006 until October 2008 and as President and General Manager of Company's Bullwhackers properties from November 2002 until June 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Burke held senior management positions at Ameristar Casinos, Station Casinos, Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Trump Castle Hotel/Casino, American Gaming and Entertainment and the Majestic Star Casino.

Jay Snowden

Mr. Jay A. Snowden is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Penn National Gaming Inc. Mr. Snowden joined Penn National in 2011 following over 12 years at Caesars Entertainment in several regional and destination markets, including Nevada, California, Missouri, and New Jersey. Immediately prior to joining Penn National, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of both Caesars Atlantic City and Harrah's Resort Atlantic City. Mr. Snowden began his career with Caesars in 1998 with a financial planning and analysis role prior to being named Slot Performance Manager at Harrah's Las Vegas. In 2000, he assisted in the design and development of Harrah's Rincon in San Diego before becoming that property's Vice President and Assistant General Manager upon opening. In 2003, he became Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Harrah's St. Louis and, soon thereafter, served as acting General Manager. In 2005, he was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Showboat Atlantic City, where he oversaw construction of a $65 million expansion project, and was given additional responsibility as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City in 2008. Mr. Snowden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Carl Sottosanti

Mr. Carl Sottosanti has been appointed as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Penn National Gaming, Inc., effective February 1, 2014. Mr. Sottosanti brings 25 years of legal and business experience to his new role at Penn National and will oversee all of the Company's legal and regulatory affairs. Since 2003, Mr. Sottosanti has served as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Penn National where he had significant responsibility for development opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance matters and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Penn National, Mr. Sottosanti served for five years as General Counsel at publicly traded Sanchez Computer Associates, Inc., a leading international provider of banking software that was subsequently acquired. At Sanchez, Mr. Sottosanti had oversight of all legal matters, managed in-house and outside counsel, oversaw Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and compliance issues, and handled intellectual property matters. He also served from 1994 to 1998 as Assistant General Counsel for Salient 3 Communications, Inc., a diversified, publicly-traded telecommunications holding company. Mr. Sottosanti began his legal career in 1989 serving for five years as an associate with the Philadelphia law firm Schnader Harrison, with a practice concentrated in employment and labor law and commercial litigation. Mr. Sottosanti graduated magna cum laude in 1986 from Villanova University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and in 1989 he received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where he was an Editor on the Law Review and graduated cum laude.

William Fair

Mr. William J. ("B. J.") Fair is the Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer of Penn National Gaming, Inc. B. J. Fair brings 30 years of real estate and resort operation experience to the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer including senior management positions at leading consumer entertainment entities with large scale development projects including American Skiing Company, Universal Studios and Disney Development Company. Mr. Fair previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Skiing Company where he had oversight of ten ski mountain resorts (Steamboat, The Canyons, Heavenly, Killington, Pico, Mount Snow, Sunday River, Sugarloaf, Sugarbush and Attitash) which included ski operations, nine hotels, condominium operations, food and beverage operations, retail and rental operations, real estate brokerage and development. Mr. Fair orchestrated the financial turn-around of the company which culminated in the successful sale of all of the resorts. Prior to American Skiing, Mr. Fair was President and Director of Universal Studios Port Aventura in Tarragona, Spain. In this role Mr. Fair was responsible for establishing the strategic direction, business planning and master planning to grow the regional theme park and surrounding 2,000 acres into an international resort destination, including the planning and development of two 500 room on-property resort hotels. Mr. Fair joined Universal in 1996 as Senior Vice President, Business Planning in the Universal Creative Division which was responsible for the design and construction of the Universal Studios theme parks where he led the design and preconstruction team on the Universal Studios Osaka project. Mr. Fair earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Political Science from Claremont Mens College (now Claremont McKenna College) in Claremont, California and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

John Finamore

Mr. John V. Finamore is Senior Vice President - Regional Operations of Penn National Gaming Inc., since November 2002. In this position, Mr. Finamore is responsible for overseeing all facets of our facilities located in our Midwest segment. Prior to joining us, Mr. Finamore served as President of Missouri Operations for Ameristar Casinos, Inc. from December of 2000 until February of 2002 and President of Midwest Operations for Station Casinos, Inc. from July 1998 until November 2000. Mr. Finamore has over 28 years of gaming industry and hotel management experience.

Robert Ippolito

Mr. Robert S. Ippolito is Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer of Penn National Gaming Inc., since July 2001. Mr. Ippolito has served as our Secretary and Treasurer since April 1994 and served as our Chief Financial Officer from April 1994 until July 2001. Mr. Ippolito brings more than 24 years of gaming and racing experience to the management team both as a manager at a major accounting firm and as an officer of companies in the racing business.

Ronald Naples

Mr. Ronald J. Naples, is a Director of Pennsylvania Stimulus Oversight Commission and Chief Accountability Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having been appointed to that position by the Governor of Pennsylvania, from April 2009 until February 2011. From 1997 until May 2009, Mr. Naples was the Chairman of Quaker Chemical Corporation, a public, specialty chemical company serving the metalworking and manufacturing industries worldwide, and served as Quaker's Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2008. Previously, Mr. Naples was Chairman and Chief Executive of Hunt Manufacturing Company, a public company, from 1981 to 1995. He is a former White House Fellow and served in the Ford Administration as Assistant to the Counselor to the President for Economic Affairs, and as a Special Assistant to the head of the Federal Energy Administration. Mr. Naples is a decorated U.S. Army Veteran and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Naples has a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts in International Economic Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Mr. Naples currently serves as a director of P.H. Glatfelter Company and is past Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Harold Cramer

Mr. Harold Cramer is Independent Director of Penn National Gaming Inc. Until November 1996, Mr. Cramer was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Graduate Health System. From November 1996 to July 2000, Mr. Cramer was Counsel to Mesirov Gelman Jaffe Cramer & Jamieson, LLP, which merged with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in July 2000. Mr. Cramer is now a retired partner of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.

David Handler

Mr. David A. Handler is Independent Director of Penn National Gaming Inc.,since 1994. In August 2008, Mr. Handler joined Centerview Partners as a Partner. Centerview Partners is a boutique financial advisory and private equity firm. From April 2006 to August 2008, he was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank. From April 2000 until April 2006, he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. from July 1995 to April 2000, Mr. Handler was employed by Jefferies & Company, Inc. where he became a Managing Director in March 1998.

Mr. John M. Jacquemin is Independent Director of Penn National Gaming Inc. Mr. Jacquemin is President of Mooring Financial Corporation, a group of financial services companies founded by Mr. Jacquemin in 1982 that specialize in the purchase and administration of commercial loan portfolios.

Barbara Shattuck Kohn

Ms. Barbara Shattuck Kohn is Independent Director of Penn National Gaming Inc. Prior to joining Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC in 2012, Ms. Shattuck Kohn was a Managing Director of Morgan Keegan--Raymond James. Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. was acquired by Raymond James Financial from Regions Financial Corp. and was the successor to Shattuck Hammond Partners, an investment banking firm Ms. Shattuck Kohn co-founded in 1993. Prior to 1993, she spent 11 years at Cain Brothers, Shattuck & Company, Inc., an investment banking firm she also co-founded. From 1976 to 1982, she was a Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Shattuck Kohn began her career as a municipal bond analyst at Standard & Poor's Corporation. She is also a member of the board of directors of Sun Life Insurance & Annuity Company of New York, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Life Assurance of Canada.
