Name Description

Indra Nooyi

Ms. Indra K. Nooyi serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Inc. She has been PepsiCo’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2006 and assumed the role of Chairman of PepsiCo’s Board of Directors in 2007. She was elected to PepsiCo’s Board of Directors and became President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2001, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2000. Ms. Nooyi also served as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development from 1996 until 2000, and as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning from 1994 until 1996. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ms. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri, Inc. She was also Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Motorola, Inc. from 1986 until 1990.

Zein Abdalla

Mr. Zein Abdalla serves as President of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Abdalla was Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe from November 2009 until September 2012. Mr. Abdalla joined PepsiCo in 1995 and has held a variety of senior positions. He has served as General Manager of PepsiCo’s European Beverage Business, General Manager Tropicana Europe and Franchise Vice President for Pakistan and the Gulf region. From 2005 to 2008 he led PepsiCo’s continental Europe operations. In September 2008 he went on to lead the complete portfolio of PepsiCo businesses in Europe. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. Abdalla worked for Mars Incorporated in engineering and manufacturing roles, as well as in sales, marketing, human resources and general management.

Hugh Johnston

Mr. Hugh F. Johnston serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of PepsiCo Inc. He previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Operations since November 2009 and the position of President of Pepsi-Cola North America since November 2007. He was formerly PepsiCo’s Executive Vice President, Operations, a position he held from October 2006 until November 2007. From April 2005 until October 2006, Mr. Johnston was PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Transformation. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Beverages and Foods from November 2002 through March 2005, and as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from March 2002 until November 2002. Mr. Johnston joined PepsiCo in 1987 as a Business Planner and held various finance positions until 1999 when he left to join Merck & Co., Inc. as Vice President, Retail, a position which he held until he rejoined PepsiCo in 2002. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1987, Mr. Johnston was with General Electric Company in a variety of finance positions.

Albert Carey

Mr. Albert P. Carey serves as Chief Executive Officer - Americas Beverages of PepsiCo Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America from June 2006 to September 2011. Mr. Carey began his career with Frito-Lay in 1981 where he spent 20 years in a variety of roles. He served as President, PepsiCo Sales from February 2003 until June 2006. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer, PepsiCo Beverages and Foods North America from June 2002 to February 2003 and as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Sales and Retailer Strategies from August 1998 to June 2002.

Sanjeev Chadha

Mr. Sanjeev Chadha is Chief Executive Officer, Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) of PepsiCo, Inc. Chadha is a 23-year veteran of PepsiCo and one of the company's most seasoned international leaders. He has worked in each of AMEA's key markets and has led multiple business functions, including marketing, sales, innovation, franchise and general management. Prior to his most recent role, Chadha held various other leadership positions across the region and has been instrumental in the strong growth of PepsiCo AMEA. Chadha holds a Masters (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and an undergraduate degree from Hindu College, Delhi University.

Enderson Guimaraes

Mr. Enderson Guimaraes serves as Chief Executive Officer, Europe of PepsiCo Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Guimaraes served as President of PepsiCo Global Operations from October 2011. Before PepsiCo, Mr. Guimaraes served as Executive Vice President of Electrolux and Chief Executive Officer of its appliances business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East from 2008 to 2011. He also spent 10 years at Philips Electronics, from 1998 to 2007, first as a regional marketing executive in Brazil and ultimately as Senior Vice President, head of Global Marketing Management and general manager of the WidiWall LED display business. He also served as CEO of Philips’ Lifestyle Incubator group, an innovation engine which created new businesses and developed them over several years. Earlier, Mr. Guimaraes worked in various marketing positions at Danone and Johnson & Johnson.

Cynthia Trudell

Dr. Cynthia M. Trudell, Ph.D., serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President - Human Resources of PepsiCo Inc. She was PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Chief Personnel Officer from February 2007 until April 2011. Ms. Trudell served as a director of PepsiCo from January 2000 until February 2007. She was formerly Vice President of Brunswick Corporation and President of Sea Ray Group from 2001 until 2006. From 1999 until 2001, Ms. Trudell served as General Motors’ Vice President, and Chairman and President of Saturn Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of GM. Ms. Trudell began her career with the Ford Motor Co. as a chemical process engineer. In 1981, she joined GM and held various engineering and manufacturing supervisory positions. In 1995, she became plant manager at GM’s Wilmington Assembly Center in Delaware. In 1996, she became President of IBC Vehicles in Luton, England, a joint venture between General Motors and Isuzu.

Larry Thompson

Mr. Larry D. Thompson serves as Executive Vice President - Government Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PepsiCo Inc. He was formerly PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Government Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary, a position he held from November 2004 until May 2011. Prior to rejoining PepsiCo, Mr. Thompson served as the John A. Sibley Chair in Corporate and Business Law at the University of Georgia School of Law from August 2011 until May 2012. He previously served as a Senior Fellow with the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. and served as Deputy Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice. In 2002, Mr. Thompson was named to lead the Department of Justice’s National Security Coordination Council and was also named by President Bush to head the Corporate Fraud Task Force. In April 2000, he was selected by Congress to chair the bipartisan Judicial Review Commission on Foreign Asset Control. Prior to his government career, Mr. Thompson was a partner in the law firm of King & Spalding, a position he held from 1986 to 2001.

Thomas Greco

Mr. Thomas R. Greco serves as Executive Vice President, President - Frito-Lay North America of PepsiCo Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Greco served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Pepsi Beverages Company. Mr. Greco joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986, and has served in a variety of positions, including Region Vice President, Midwest; President, Frito-Lay Canada; Senior Vice President, Sales, Frito-Lay North America; President, Global Sales, PepsiCo; and Executive Vice President, Sales, North America Beverages.

Mehmood Khan

Dr. Mehmood Khan serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer - Global Research & Development of PepsiCo Inc. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo’s Global Nutrition Group since November 2010 and the position of PepsiCo’s Chief Scientific Officer since 2008. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Dr. Khan served for five years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in various leadership roles including President of Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Khan also served at the Mayo Clinic until 2003 as the director of the Diabetes, Endocrinology and Nutrition Clinical Unit and as Consultant Physician in Endocrinology.

Marie Gallagher

Ms. Marie T. Gallagher serves as Senior Vice President, Controller of PepsiCo Inc. Ms. Gallagher joined PepsiCo in 2005 as Vice President and Assistant Controller. Shona Brown

Ms. Shona L. Brown serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Brown served as Senior Vice President, Google.org of Google Inc. from April 2011 to December 2012. Ms. Brown served as Google Inc.’s Senior Vice President, Business Operations from 2006 to 2011 and Vice President, Business Operations from 2003 through 2006, in both roles internal business operations and people operations. From October 1995 to August 2003, Ms. Brown was at McKinsey and Company, a management consulting firm, where she had been a partner since December 2000. She is a director of the following not-for-profit organizations: San Francisco Jazz Organization; The Bridgespan Group; The Exploritorium and The Nature Conservancy.

George Buckley

Dr. George Buckley, Ph.D., serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Dr. Buckley has served as Chairman of Arle Capital LLP, a private equity firm, since 2012. Dr. Buckley is also currently Chairman of Expro International, an international oil field service company. He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of 3M Company, a global innovation company, from 2005 to 2012. Dr. Buckley served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation, a multi-billion dollar boat and recreational product manufacturer, from 1997 to 2005. Ian Cook

Mr. Ian M. Cook has been appointed as an Independent Presiding Director of PepsiCo Inc., effective May 2013. He became Chief Executive Officer and was elected to the Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company in 2007 and became Chairman of its Board in January 2009. He was named President of Colgate-Palmolive Company, a position he still holds, in 2005. Mr. Cook joined Colgate in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. In 2002, he became Executive Vice President, North America and Europe. In 2004, he became Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa and in 2005 became responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide.

Dina Dublon

Ms. Dina Dublon serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Ms. Dublon retired from JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2004, where she had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 1998. She is a director of Microsoft Corp. and Accenture plc. She is also a director of the Global Fund for Women and on the board of overseers of the International Rescue Committee and a trustee of Carnegie Mellon University. She was on the faculty of Harvard Business School during the 2011 to 2012 academic year.

Rona Fairhead

Mrs. Rona Fairhead has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Pepsico Inc., effective March 13, 2014 She served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Times Group, a division of Pearson plc ("Pearson"), from 2006 to 2013. Pearson is an international media education company and the Financial Times Group division provides financial news, data, commentary and analysis in print and online to the international business community. She previously served as Pearson’s Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2006. Prior to joining Pearson, Mrs. Fairhead held a variety of leadership positions at Bombardier Inc., in the Aerospace division, and at Imperial Chemical Industries plc, a specialty chemicals company, where she ultimately served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Group Financial Control. Mrs. Fairhead was named a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2012 and was appointed a British Business Ambassador in 2014. In addition, she is a member of the United Kingdom Government’s Cabinet Office, supporting the Prime Minister to ensure effective development, coordination, and implantation of policy and operations across all government departments. She currently serves on the board of directors of HSBC Holdings plc and chairs the board of HSBC North America Holdings. She is also on the board of the Economist Group.

Ray Hunt

Mr. Ray L. Hunt serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Hunt is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., a holding company for oil production and exploration and real estate investment management businesses. He began his association with Hunt Oil Company in 1958 and has held his current position since 1976. He is also a director of numerous corporate organizations, including Bessemer Securities Corporation, Bessemer Securities LLC and King Ranch Inc., and a trustee of numerous charitable organizations, including The Cooper Institute and Southern Methodist University. Mr. Hunt formerly served as Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and as a member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.

Alberto Ibarguen

Mr. Alberto Ibarguen serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Ibargüen has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, a private, independent foundation that promotes quality journalism, media innovation and the arts, since 2005. Mr. Ibargüen previously served as Chairman of Miami Herald Publishing Co., a Knight Ridder subsidiary, and as publisher of The Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald. He is a member of the boards of AMR Corporation, American Airlines, Inc., AOL, Inc. and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Sharon Rockefeller

Ms. Sharon Percy Rockefeller serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of WETA public radio and television stations in Washington, D.C., a position she has held since 1989, and was a member of the Board of Directors of WETA from 1985 to 1989. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting until 1992 and is currently a director of the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in Washington, D.C. Ms. Rockefeller currently serves as Trustee and President of the International Council of The Museum of Modern Art and as a Trustee on the following not-for-profit boards: National Gallery of Art, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.

Lloyd Trotter

Mr. Lloyd G. Trotter serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Trotter is a managing partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm, a position he has held since February 2008. He served as Vice Chairman, General Electric, a diversified technology and financial services corporation, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Industrial, from 2006 through February 2008. Between 1989 and 2006, he held various positions at GE, including Executive Vice President, Operations, from 2005 to 2006, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Consumer and Industrial Systems from 1998 to 2005 and President and Chief Executive Officer, Electrical Distribution and Control from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Trotter was a director of Genpact Limited from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Trotter is also a director of Textron, Inc. and Daimler AG.

Daniel Vasella

Dr. Daniel L. Vasella, M.D., serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Dr. Vasella served as Chairman of the Board of Novartis AG from 1999 until February 2013. Dr. Vasella served as Chief Executive Officer of Novartis from 1999 to January 2010, after serving as President since 1996. From 1992 to 1996, Dr. Vasella held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Development and Head of Corporate Marketing at Sandoz Pharma Ltd. He also served at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation from 1988 to 1992. Dr. Vasella is also a director of American Express Company.

Alberto Weisser

Mr. Alberto Weisser serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Weisser is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bunge Limited, a global food, commodity and agribusiness company, a position he has held since 1999. He will retire as Chairman of Bunge in June 2013 and will serve as its Executive Chairman until the end of 2013. Mr. Weisser previously served as Bunge’s Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Weisser is a member of the North American Agribusiness Advisory Board sponsored by Rabobank Nederland and served as a director of International Paper Company from 2006 until 2012.
