Indra Nooyi |
Ms. Indra K. Nooyi serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Inc. She has been PepsiCo’s Chief Executive Officer since October 2006 and assumed the role of Chairman of PepsiCo’s Board of Directors in 2007. She was elected to PepsiCo’s Board of Directors and became President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2001, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2000. Ms. Nooyi also served as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development from 1996 until 2000, and as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning from 1994 until 1996. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ms. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri, Inc. She was also Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Motorola, Inc. from 1986 until 1990. |

Mr. Zein Abdalla serves as President of PepsiCo Inc. Mr. Abdalla was Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe from November 2009 until September 2012. Mr. Saad Abdul-Latif serves as Chief Executive Officer, Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) of PepsiCo Inc.
