George Feldenkreis |
Mr. George Feldenkreis is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc. He founded the Company in 1967, has been involved in all aspects of operations since that time and served as President and a director until February 1993, at which time he was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”). He is a trustee of the University of Miami, a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a trustee of the Simon Wiesenthal Board, and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Apparel and Footwear Association. He is also a director of Federal Mogul Corporation. |

Mr. Oscar Feldenkreis is Vice Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Operating Officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc. He was elected the company's Vice President and a director in 1979 and joined the company on a full-time basis in 1980. Mr. Feldenkreis has been involved in all aspects of the company's operations since that time and was elected President and Chief Operating Officer (the “COO”) in February 1993 and elected Vice Chairman of the Board in March 2005.
