Gregory Josefowicz

 Mr. Gregory P. Josefowicz has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of PetSmart Inc., effective June 14, 2013. He has been a Director of PetSmart since December 2004 and its Lead Director since 2006. From 1999 until his retirement in 2006, Mr. Josefowicz served as a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Borders Group, Inc., an international book and music retailer, and was named Chairman of the Board in 2002. Mr. Josefowicz serves on the boards of Roundy’s, Inc. and United States Cellular Corporation. During the prior five years, Mr. Josefowicz served on the boards of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. and Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.

Joseph O'Leary

 Mr. Joseph D. O'Leary has been appointed as the President, Chief Operating Officer of Petsmart Inc., effective June 14, 2013. He is no longer Executive Vice President - Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning of the company effective June 14, 2013. He was appointed Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning in January 2011. David Lenhardt

 Mr. David K. Lenhardt has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Petsmart Inc., effective June 14, 2013. He was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 30, 2012. He joined PetSmart as Senior Vice President of Services, Strategic Planning and Business Development in October 2000. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Store Operations and Services in February 2007 and in February 2009 was appointed Senior Vice President, Store Operations and Human Resources. Carrie Teffner

 Ms. Carrie W. Teffner has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of PetSmart, Inc., effective June 3, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Teffner served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Weber-Stephen Products LLC, a position she held since 2011. From 2009 through 2011, she served as Chief Financial Officer of The Timberland Company. From 1988 to 2009, Ms. Teffner held various financial positions with Sara Lee Corporation, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the International Household and Body Care and Sara Lee Foodservice operating segments, Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Treasurer.

 Mr. Melvin G. Tucker is Senior Vice President - Finance of PetSmart Inc. He joined PetSmart as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis in December 2008. Prior to joining PetSmart, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Circuit City Stores, Inc. from May 2005 to November 2008. Prior to Circuit City, he served in various finance leadership roles at The Home Depot, Inc. from April 1990 until April 2005.

Donald Beaver

 Mr. Donald E. Beaver is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Petsmart Inc. Prior to joining PetSmart, he was employed by H.E. John Alpaugh

 Mr. John William Alpaugh is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Petsmart Inc. He joined PetSmart in 1999 and has served in a number of leadership roles including Vice President, Marketing from February 2006 to April 2007, Vice President, Specialty Merchandising from April 2007 to March 2008, and from April 2008 to February 2010, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to joining PetSmart, he worked in Brand Management for Procter & Gamble Europe and in Financial Planning and Analysis for IBM.

Paulette Dodson

 Ms. Paulette R. Dodson is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of PetSmart, Inc. Prior to joining PetSmart, she was employed by Sara Lee Corporation from January 2007 to July 2012. While at Sara Lee Corporation, she served as Chief Counsel, Sara Lee Food & Beverage from January 2007 to March 2008, Chief Counsel, North American Operations from March 2008 to December 2010, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from March 2011 to July 2012, a position she held on an interim basis beginning December 2010. Prior to that, she served for over 14 years in various legal roles at Tribune Company.

Erick Goldberg

 Mr. Erick M. Goldberg is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of PetSmart Inc. He joined PetSmart in June 2001 and served in various human resource leadership positions until his promotion to Vice President Field Human Resources in December 2009. Beginning August 2012 and until his appointment to his current role, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Store Support Group and Distribution Centers. Prior to joining PetSmart, he served for 8 years at Distribution Architects International, Inc. in various leadership roles, the last being Director of Human Resources. He previously held human resource leadership positions with Management Technology America Ltd. and Triad Systems Corporation.

 Mr. Gene Eddie Burt II, is Senior Vice President - Supply Chain of PetSmart Inc. He joined PetSmart in April 2007 and served as the Vice President of Distribution until December 2009 when he was promoted to Vice President of Distribution and Transportation. Prior to joining PetSmart, he served as the Director for Domestic Distribution for The Home Depot, Inc. from October 2004 to April 2007. Rita Foley

 Ms. Rita V. Foley is Independent Director of PetSmart Inc., since June 2004. Prior to her departure in 2006, Ms. Foley served as Senior Vice President of MeadWestvaco Corporation, a global provider of packaging to the entertainment, healthcare, cosmetics and consumer products industries. From 2001 to 2002, she was the Chief Operating Officer of MeadWestvaco Corporation’s Consumer Packaging Group, and in 2002 became President of the Consumer Packaging Group. Rakesh Gangwal

 Mr. Rakesh Gangwal is Independent Director of PetSmart Inc., since December 15, 2005. From June 2003 until August 2007, Mr. Gangwal served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Worldspan Technologies Inc., a provider of travel technology and information services to the travel and transportation industry. From 2002 to 2003, he was involved in various personal business endeavors, including private equity projects and consulting projects. Joseph Hardin

 Mr. Joseph S. Hardin, Jr., is Independent Director of PetSmart Inc., since September 2005. From 1997 until his retirement in 2001, Mr. Hardin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Kinko’s, Inc., a provider of printing, copying, and binding services. From 1986 to April 1997 he served in several executive positions with increasing responsibility at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., ultimately serving as its Executive Vice President and as President and Chief Executive Officer of SAM’s Club, the wholesale division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Richard Lochridge

 Mr. Richard K. Lochridge is Independent Director of PetSmart Inc., since June 1998. From 1986 until his retirement in 2010, Mr. Lochridge served as the President of Lochridge & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm he founded. Mr. Lochridge is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Thomas Stemberg

 Mr. Thomas G. Stemberg is Independent Director of PetSmart Inc., since April 1988. In March 2007, he became a managing general partner with Highland Consumer Partners, a venture capital firm, and from 2005 to 2007 he served as a venture partner with Highland Capital Partners. From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Stemberg served as Chairman of Staples, Inc., an office supply superstore retailer, and from 1986 until 2002, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Staples, Inc. Mr. Stemberg serves on the boards of CarMax, Inc., Guitar Center, Inc., and lululemon athletica inc.
