Name Description

David Taylor

Mr. David S. Taylor is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was Group President - Global Health and Grooming of the Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Taylor joined P&G in 1980. He has helped to build many of P&G's core businesses, including Baby Care, Family Care, Hair Care and Home Care. He has led global businesses, and lived and worked in North America, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, Mr. Taylor served as Group President of Global Beauty, Grooming and Health Care. Prior to that, Mr. Taylor was responsible for Family Care and Home Care, both of which delivered consistent double-digit profit and mid-single-digit sales growth under his leadership. He has worked closely with Mr. Lafley on the Company's strategy to strengthen and focus P&G's business and brand portfolio.

Francis Blake

Mr. Francis S. Blake is Director of the Company. Mr. Blake will serve on the Audit and Governance & Public Responsibility committees of the Board. He served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Home Depot, Inc. from 2007 until his decision to step down as Chief Executive Officer in November 2014. He retired as Chairman of the Board at Home Depot on February 2, 2015. Mr. Blake joined General Electric in 1991 and held a variety of executive roles there before his appointment as Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy in 2001. He joined Home Depot as executive vice president in 2002. Mr. Blake also previously served as the General Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as Deputy General Counsel to Vice President George H.W. Bush. Susan Desmond-Hellmann

Dr. Susan Desmond-Hellmann, M.D., is an Independent Director of the Procter & Gamble Company. Dr. Desmond-Hellmann is Chancellor and Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Distinguished Professor, University of California, San Francisco (“UCSF”), where she has served since August 2009. From 2004 through 2009, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann served as president of product development at Genentech (a biotechnology company), where she was responsible for pre-clinical and clinical development, business development, and product portfolio management. Prior to joining Genentech in 1995, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann was associate director of clinical cancer research at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Research Institute. She has been a Director of Facebook Inc. since March 2013. As Chancellor of UCSF, a member of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute board of trustees, Facebook director, and past president of product development at Genentech, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann has extensive leadership and technology experience. As a former member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council, she also brings finance experience to the Board.

Ms. Patricia A. Woertz is an Independent Director of the Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Woertz is Chairman of the Board and former Chief Executive Officer of Archer Daniels Midland Company (“ADM”) (agricultural processors of oilseeds, corn, wheat, etc.), where she joined in 2006 as Chief Executive Officer and President and was named Chairman in 2007. Ms. Woertz held the title of President of ADM until 2014 and the title of Chief Executive Officer of ADM until January 2015. Prior to joining ADM, Ms. Woertz was with Chevron Corp. for 29 years and retired as EVP Global Downstream. She began her career as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Ernst. Ms. Woertz has been a Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc since June 2014. Ms. Woertz has significant leadership experience. Having started her career as a CPA, and with a broad executive experience at Chevron and ADM, she also brings a significant amount of international, marketing, government relations, and finance experience.

Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon

Dr. Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of the Procter & Gamble Company. Dr. Zedillo served as President of Mexico from 1994 to 2000 and currently serves as Director of the Center for the Study of Globalization and Professor in the field of International Economics and Politics at Yale University. He has been a Director of Alcoa, Inc. since 2002 and Citigroup, Inc. and Promotora de Informaciones S.A. since 2010. Dr. Zedillo was also a Director of Union Pacific Corporation from 2001 to 2006. Dr. Zedillo’s prior service as President of Mexico provides him with significant government and leadership experience. His current role as Director of the Center for the Study of Globalization and Professor in the field of International Economics and Politics at Yale University provides him with a wealth of international experience. He also has significant financial experience, having previously served on the Audit Committee of Union Pacific and as the Secretary of Economic Programming and the Budget for Mexico, as well as having held various positions at the Banco de Mexico.
