Goldstein, Myron Mr. Myron Goldstein is Director of Peregrine Diamonds Limited. He was Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Peregrine Diamonds Limited. Dr. Goldstein has over 35 years of diversified management, exploration and development experience in precious and base metals and uranium. He has worked as a Geophysicist for Kennecott Copper Corp. in Utah, as well as for Esso Eastern Inc. in South Africa and Australia. Since 1980, Dr. Goldstein has held senior management positions with Chevron Resources Co., Lac Minerals Ltd., and Global Mining Management in North and South America, Africa and Asia. Dr. Goldstein has a B.Sc. degree in Engineering Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines, an M.Sc. degree in Geophysics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Toronto.
Keep, Gordon Mr. Gordon Keep is Director of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. since February 2, 2005. He has business experience as an investment banker and has held several senior positions. From 1987 to 1997, he was the Vice-President, Corporate Finance in the natural resources group of Yorkton Securities Inc. and, from 1997 to March 2004, he was Senior Vice-President and a Director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. From 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Keep was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial, an investment banking firm that specializes in the mining and minerals industries. Since August 2007, Mr. Keep has been Executive Vice-President at Fiore Financial. Mr. Keep has also served as Chief Financial Officer and audit committee member of several public companies. Mr. Keep is a P. Geol in the province of British Columbia and received his BSc in Geological Sciences from Queen’s University in 1979 and his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1983.
Boyd, Robert Mr. Robert T. Boyd is Director of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. Mr. Boyd is a senior mining executive with over 30 years experience in exploration, executive-level management, corporate finance and corporate governance. Mr. Boyd is currently Chairman of the Board of True North Gems Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Condor Resources Inc. and Endurance Gold Corporation. He also serves as a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia. From August 2009 to September 2009, Mr. Boyd was President, CEO and Director of Athabasca Potash Inc. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Boyd held the position of President, CEO and Director of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. Mr. Boyd was a founding principal and shareholder of a financial and strategic advisory firm to the mining and mineral exploration industry and was also Vice President Exploration for Homestake Canada Limited. He received a BSc. in geology from the University of Western Ontario.
