Henry Knowles

 Mr. Henry J. Knowles, Q.C., is Independent Director of Premier Gold Mines Ltd. With graduate degrees in both law and business, Mr. Knowles was engaged in the practise of law and business in the business and financial communities in Toronto for some 40 years. In addition, he served as the Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission in the early 1980s, and as Chief Executive Officer of United Financial Management in the mutual fund industry in the late 1980s. Further, over the years he has been a director of several public companies in the mining, manufacturing, oil & gas and insurance sectors.
