Mafahle Mareletse

 Mr. Mafahle S. G. Mareletse is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Protech Khuthele Holdings Ltd. Mr. Mareletse holds a BA Administration degree from the University of Limpopo (formerly University of the North) and a certificate in financial analysis from Wits Business School and has been a member of the committee since 18 July 2007.

Antony Page

 Mr. Antony Page is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Protech Khuthele Holding Limited. Mr. Page joins Protech from Aveng Grinaker-LTA where he has been the Managing Director of the Grinaker-LTA Earthworks Engineering Business since 2007. Mr. Page is credited with the complete turnaround, transformation and redesign of that organisation. He has been one of the longest standing Main Board Directors of the Aveng Grinaker-LTA Group of Companies. This position has given him Senior Executive experience across the whole spectrum of multi-disciplinary construction activities, as well as projects. He has held several Senior Management and Executive positions during his 28 year career in the Construction and Civil Engineering industry and has local experience as well as having broad international exposure. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering and is currently in the final phase of studying for a Masters in Business Administration.

Robert Madubanya

 Mr. Robert Madubanya has been appointed as Group Financial Director, Executive Director of Protech Khuthele Holdings Limited effective February 1, 2013. He has 13 years' experience in construction including 5 years in an executive role, will substantially strengthen the financial capability and competency of the business. Mr. Madubanya completed his articles at Ernst & Young and has been employed since then in various financial roles in listed companies.

In a career spanning more than 40 years, he has served as director on the boards of a number of listed companies across different industries including matters.Terence is the Chairman of Binnington Copeland and Associates and served as the Group Financial Director of Howden Africa Holdings Limited up to 1 March 2012. He was the Executive Director responsible for Enterprise Risk Management at Murray & Roberts Limited until his retirement in 2010.
