Michael Wickham |
Mr. Michael W. Wickham is Independent Chairman of the Board of Douglas Dynamics Inc. Mr. Wickham was initially appointed to the Board of Directors by the Aurora Entities. Mr. Wickham retired as Chairman of the Board of Roadway Corporation in December 2003, where he was Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 1999 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 until his retirement in 2003. Roadway Corporation was a freight services company that was acquired by Yellow Roadway Corporation in 2003. Prior to his service with Roadway Corporation, Mr. Wickham was the President of Roadway Express, where he held a variety of management positions during his 35-year career with the company. Mr. Wickham also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of C.H. Robinson Worldwide and Republic Services, Inc. |
James Janik |
Mr. James L. Janik is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Douglas Dynamics Inc. He has been serving as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director since 2004 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Dynamics Incorporated, the entity that previously operated the business, from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Janik was Director of Sales of Western Products division from 1992 to 1994, General Manager of Western Products division from 1994 to 2000 and Vice President of Marketing and Sales from 1998 to 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCormick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xymox Technology Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Keith Hagelin is Vice President - Operations of Douglas Dynamics Inc. He previously spent twelve years in progressive roles with the Company, including Plant Manager and General Manager - Rockland and most recently Vice President of Manufacturing from 2007 to 2009. From 2003 to 2005, he was the Manager, Regional Sales & Distribution of Gehl Company, directing the sales and marketing activities of certain sales field managers in the northeastern United States responsible for Gehl product sales and rental., and from 2005 to 2007, he was the Director, Training and Customer Support, where he directed the aftermarket and training activities of five departments and thirty-two individuals responsible for Gehl and Mustang products worldwide. From 1980 to 2002, Mr. Adamson held several senior level management positions with John Deere Company. |
Margaret Dano |
Ms. Margaret S. Dano has been appointed as Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics, Inc., effective June 1, 2012. Ms. Dano also has served since 2010 as lead director for Superior Industries International, Inc. (NYSE: SUP), a designer and manufacturer of aluminum road wheels for sale to original equipment manufacturers headquartered in Van Nuys, California, and as a member of the Superior Industries International, Inc. board of directors since 2007. She chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Superior Industries International, Inc. board and serves on its audit committee. Ms. Dano was Vice President, Worldwide Operations of Garrett Engine Boosting Systems, a division of Honeywell International, Inc., from June 2002 until her retirement from that position in 2005. From April 2002 to June 2002, she was Vice President, Global Operations, Automation and Controls Solutions of Honeywell. Before joining Honeywell, Ms. Dano served in executive or management roles with Avery Dennison Corporation, Black & Decker Corporation and General Electric Corporation. Ms. Dano has been a member of the board of directors of International Container Services, a provider of reusable container solutions in the United States, since 2011, and currently serves as lead director and as a member of the compensation committee. She has served on the board of directors and the audit, compensation and governance committees of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., and on the board of directors and as lead director and chair of the compensation committee of Anthony International Equipment Services Corp. |

Mr. Kenneth W. Krueger is Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics, Inc., since July 5, 2011. He is also a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of The Manitowoc Company, a multi-industry capital goods manufacturer headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, a position he has held since 2004. Mr. James L. Packard is Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics Inc., since July 2010. He is the retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Regal-Beloit Corporation, a manufacturer of mechanical and electrical products. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Regal-Beloit Corporation from 1986 until 2002, and as Chairman from 1986 until 2006. Mr. Jack O. Peiffer is Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics Inc., since 2004. Mr. Peiffer was initially appointed to the Board of Directors by Aurora Equity Partners II L.P. and Aurora Overseas Equity Partners II, L.P., who were at the time of his appointment stockholders in the company (the "Aurora Entities"). In 1994, Mr. Peiffer retired from General Electric after 38 years of service. Mr. Peiffer joined General Electric in 1955 in connection with General Electric's Financial Training Program. Mr. James D. Staley is Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics Inc., since 2010. He retired in 2008 after more than 35 years of service with Roadway Express, Inc. ("Roadway"), a motor freight carrier company, and its successor company, YRC Worldwide, Inc. ("YRC"), a North American transportation service provider, which acquired Roadway in 2003. Mr. Donald W. Sturdivant is Independent Director of Douglas Dynamics, Inc., since October 27, 2010. Mr. Sturdivant also was Chief Operating Officer of Altivity Packaging Corporation, another predecessor to Graphic Packaging International, Inc. from August 2006 to March 2008. |
