Sherrill Stone	Mr. Sherrill Stone is Independent Chairman of the Board of PMFG Inc. Mr. Stone has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing industry and has experience in executive management and, as the former CEO of the Company, is knowledgeable about the Company’s products, customers and market opportunities.
Peter Burlage	Mr. Peter J. Burlage is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of PMFG Inc. Mr. Burlage has over 20 years of experience with the Company and has served in a variety of leadership and executive roles within the Company. He has managed a variety of complex business operations, oversees business risk and is responsible for executing the Company’s strategic goals. Mr. Burlage, as a result of these experiences with the Company, including serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, also has knowledge of the Company’s products, employees, customers and market opportunities, including international markets.
Ronald McCrummen	Mr. Ronald L. McCrummen is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of PMFG, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Beare served as the Assistant General Counsel of Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of St. Jude Medical, Inc., from 2004 through 2008. Prior to that, she was an attorney at Jones Day and at Hughes and Luce, LLP in Dallas, Texas, working in their respective corporate practices. Ms. Beare earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Ms. Beare is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Jon Segelhorst	Mr. Jon P. Segelhorst is Vice President - Sales and Market Business Units of PMFG Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Segelhorst managed surge protection and DSL product lines for Corning Cable Systems, a telecommunications equipment company, from 1996 to 2007. Mr. Segelhorst earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and M.B.A. from Baylor University.
John Conroy	Mr. John H. Conroy is Vice President - Engineering & Product Development of PMFG Inc. He served as Director of Business & Product Development for the CEFCO project from July 2010 to December 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Conroy served as the General Manager of Red Hawk Texas from 2008 to 2010, an operating division of United Technologies (UTC). Prior to his tenure at Red Hawk, Mr. Conroy served as President from 2004 to 2008 and VP-Engineering from 2002 to 2004 of Forney Corporation, a subsidiary of UTC. Mr. Conroy earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Kenneth Hanks	Mr. Kenneth R. Hanks is Independent Director of PMFG, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SWS Group, Inc., a financial services company, from 2002 until 2010. Mr. Hanks also served as Chief Operating Officer of SWS Group from 1998 to 2002 and as Chief Financial Officer of Southwest Securities, Inc., SWS Group’s primary operating subsidiary, from 1996 to 1998. Robert McCashin	Mr. Robert McCashin is Independent Director of PMFG, Inc. He served as Chairman of Identix, Inc. from 2000 until his retirement in 2004 and as its Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. Identix designs, develops, manufactures and markets multi-biometric security products. Mr. McCashin was employed by Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 1971 to 1999 where he last served as a Corporate Vice President. He previously served on the board of directors of Argon ST, Inc. Mr. McCashin has over 30 years of management and corporate experience and has served in a variety of senior executive roles. He also has experience as a member of public company boards and has thorough knowledge of accounting, investments, mergers and acquisitions and financial markets. Mr. McCashin is also experienced in risk management, corporate governance and strategic planning matters.
R. Clayton Mulford	Mr. R. Clayton Mulford is Independent Director of PMFG, Inc. From March 2007 until August 2011, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Math and Science Initiative, a national non-profit educational foundation. An attorney, Mr. Mulford was a partner of Jones Day from January 2004 until February 2007. Before he joined Jones Day, Mr. Mulford was a partner and member of the executive committee of Hughes & Luce, LLP, now K&L Gates LLP. He previously served as lead corporate legal counsel to for over 15 years. Mr. Mulford currently serves as a consultant to the National Math and Science Initiative, and on the boards of several private corporate, non-profit and philanthropic organizations.
Howard Westerman	Mr. Howard G. Westerman, Jr., is Independent Director of PMFG, Inc. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J-W Energy Company, an energy development and services company, since 1999. Mr. Westerman has been employed by J-W Operating Company since 1978. He currently serves on the board of directors of Applied Nanotech Holdings, Inc. Mr. Westerman has over 10 years of experience as a chief executive Officer and has knowledge of executive management, leadership and strategic planning. Mr. Westerman also provides the Board with additional insight into issues involving shareholder value and risk.
