Biographies

Name Description

Andrea Bonomi

 Dr. Andrea C. Bonomi has served as Chairman of the Management Board of Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl since October 26, 2011. He is also Non-Executive Director of Investindustrial Business Development Limited, Gruppo Illy SpA, RCS Mediagroup SpA and of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. He devoted attention to social causes such as the founding in 2000 of the Invest for Children organization. In 1990 he established Investindustrial, the private equity division of the BI-Invest Group. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New York in 1985.

Piero Luigi Montani

 Mr. Piero Luigi Montani has served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl since January 10, 2012. He received the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic as Knight. He also serves as Director of Banca Akros SpA. In the past he was Director of AEM Torino SpA, Chairman of AEM TO Ner SpA, Standing Auditor of Fineco SpA, Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Iren Acqua Gas SpA, Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Genova Reti Gas SpA and Director of Banca Sai SpA.

Giuseppe Coppini

 Mr. Giuseppe Coppini has served as Independent Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl since October 22, 2011. Prior to his appointment he served as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He was first appointed to the Company's Board in 2001. Roberto Frigerio

 Dr. Roberto Frigerio has served as Deputy General Manager, Financial Reporting Officer and Head of Administration, Control and Corporate Goverment Division of Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl since January 1, 2010. He graduated in Business Administration from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 1977. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and an Auditor. From 1977 to 1979 he served at Banca Popolare di Sondrio. From 1980 to 1986 he served at Banca d'Italia. He joined the Company in 1987. Within the Company he also served as Secretary of the Executive Committee from 1990 to 2009. Between December 1, 2009 and January 1, 2010 he served as Head of Administration, Control and Corporate Governance Division and Financial Reporting Officer in the Company. Davide Croff

 Mr. Davide Croff has served as Member of the Management Board of Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl since October 26, 2011. He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Ca Foscari di Venezia. He is also Chairman of Permasteelisa SpA, of the Italian Advisory Board of Roland Berger and of the Fondazione Ugo e Olga Levi. He also serves as Senior Advisor of TPG.
