Name Description

John Lee

Mr. John Lee is Chairman of the Board of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He resigned as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective November 5,2012. He is an entrepreneur with degrees in economics and engineering from Rice University, U.S. He was appointed Chairman and CEO of Prophecy Resource Corp. in October 2009. In a little over a year and under John's leadership, Prophecy Resource Corp. grew from having minimal assets to owning substantial coal and PGM assets in Mongolia and Canada. Prophecy Resource Corp. was restructured to Prophecy Coal Corp. (PCY.T) and Prophecy Platinum Corp. in June, 2011. Prophecy Coal Corp. is the first Canadian public company to license a thermal coal power plant in Mongolia and only the second to commission a mine to production in that country. John Lee is also CEO and Chairman of Prophecy Coal Corp.

Gregory Johnson

Mr. Gregory S. Johnson has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer of Prophecy Platinum Corp., effective November 5,2012. Mr. Johnson has over twenty-five years of experience in the exploration and development of scale projects in the mining industry. Mr. Johnson began his career with Placer Dome Inc. (now Barrick Gold), where he held various senior roles in domestic and international exploration in projects from early discovery stage to feasibility and operations in Alaska, Canada, Africa, Australia and Russia. Mr. Johnson holds an honors degree in Geology from Western Washington University.

Jeffrey Mason

Mr. Jeffrey R. Mason has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years' experience in financial reporting and has worked with various publicly-traded mining companies in the area of accounting, corporate finance and regulatory reporting. Mr. Mason spent fifteen years with Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI), as Corporate Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Director for numerous public mining companies. As CFO of Taseko Mines Limited during this time, he was instrumental in the acquisition, reactivation and financing of the Gibraltar copper-molybdenum mine in British Columbia, as well as its expansion from dormant into the open pit copper mine in Canada. Mr. Mason also was the CFO for Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. which in July 2007, established a 50:50 partnership with Anglo American plc to engineer, permit, construct and operate a modern, long-life mine at Pebble. Prior to HDI, Mr. Mason was with Homestake Mining Group for six years, as Controller responsible for financial reporting and operational accounting for the Golden Bear gold mine construction and operations, and the Eskay Creek Gold/Silver mine construction. Formerly an Independent Business Advisor, Mr. Mason remains an active Director of a number of publicly-traded mining and exploration companies, including as a member of Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Mason holds a B.Com. from the University of British Columbia (1980) and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the British Colombian Institute of Chartered Accountants (1982), while at the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. He received a Director (ICD.D) designation in 2008, from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

John Sagman

Mr. John E. Sagman, P.Eng, is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Prophecy Platinum Corp. Prior to joining Prophecy, Mr. Sagman held the position of Vice President of Technical Services with Capstone Mining Corp. where he was responsible for overseeing Capstone's reserve estimates, prefeasibility studies, and improvement of technical processes. Specifically, Mr. Sagman led Phase V and Phase VI Prefeasibility studies at the Minto copper-gold mine located approximately 150km northeast from Prophecy's Wellgreen During his tenure at Xstrata, Mr. Sagman also oversaw the start-up of the SMRQ Raglan Nickel-Copper-PGM project that included the marine facility, surface infrastructure, mine and mill operations. Prior to Xstrata, John spent ten years with Placer Dome Inc., acting as Senior Mining Engineer at the Gibraltar Open Pit mine as well as managing the Campbell Mine Reid Shaft and Hoist Plant project. A 1981 graduate of the University of British Columbia, John holds a degree in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering, and received his Project Management Professional designation in 2010. He is licensed with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, CIM.

Robert Bruggeman

Mr. Robert Bruggeman, MBA, CFA, serves as Vice President - Corporate Development of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He was a small cap equity research analyst at a brokerage firm from 2000 to 2005, a desk analyst and proprietary trader in the Institutional Equities division of a Canadian financial institution from 2005 to 2010 and, most recently, led the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading group at a boutique brokerage firm with a focus on small cap mining companies. Prior to joining the brokerage industry in 2000, Mr. Bruggeman worked for a Canadian telecom company where he held a variety or roles, including Corporate Development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree from McMaster University, an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFA charter holder.

Samir Patel

Mr. Samir Devendra Patel has been appointed as the Corporate Secretary of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He brings with him legal experience in the area of securities and corporate law, particularly in relation to M&A transactions, continuous disclosure requirements, and equity and debt financings. Prior to joining Prophecy, Mr. Patel was with the Securities & Capital Markets Group in the Vancouver office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, a full-service, national law firm. His practice involved advising clients in a variety of sectors with respect to securities, corporate and commercial law matters, including public company financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Mr. Patel graduated from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2005, and completed his National Accreditation requirements at the University of Victoria in 2008. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2009.

Harald Batista

Mr. Harald Batista is Independent Director of Prophecy Platinum Corp. Mr. Batista is an entrepreneur with over 2 decades of sales and marketing experience. He holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University in California.

D. Greg Hall

Mr. D. Greg Hall is Independent Director of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He is an independent business advisor to the mining industry. For over 30 years, Mr. Hall has focused on international exploration, development, and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. He is a current director of Prophecy Resource Corp., and a former director of Silvercorp Metals Inc, China's primary silver producer. His previous positions include: Director at Haywood Securities Inc.; Vice-President, Canaccord Capital Corporation; and Senior Vice-President of Leede Financial Markets Inc. He is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, SME Enterprise Board Program, and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Wesley Hall

Mr. Wesley J. Hall is Independent Director of Prophecy Platinum Corp. He is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) with nearly 20 years' experience in Corporate Governance and Shareholder Communications. Mr. Hall founded Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc. (2003) and Kingsdale Communications Inc. (2009) with the aim of providing clients with an effective and comprehensive mechanism for communicating with shareholders and managing Investor Relations. For his extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to his businesses and communities, he was honoured with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 Award in the Financial Services category in Ontario. Prior to forming Kingsdale, Mr. Hall was Vice President, National Sales for Georgeson Shareholder Communications Canada, Inc. and prior thereto, a Senior Manager for a Canadian Transfer Agent. Mr. Hall was a founding board member and the longest serving President of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS), an organization he continues to be involved with and support along with other corporate governance and investor relations organizations. He is also currently the Chairman of Difference Capital Funding Inc.

Myron Manternach

Mr. Myron G. Manternach is Independent Director of Prophecy Platinum Corp. Mr. Manternach is currently a Managing Director of Composite Capital, LLC, an investment advisory firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to joining Composite Capital, Mr. Manternach was Managing Director of Octavian Advisors, a global investment fund based in New York where he managed public and private debt and equity investments involving companies in the natural resource industries and emerging markets. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Manternach was a vice president of investment banking at JPMorgan, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, and raised capital for financial sponsors and corporate clients in a wide variety of industries, including metals & mining, paper & packaging, telecom, media, and technology. Mr. Manternach holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from Iowa State University.

Michael Sylvestre

Mr. Michael J. G. Sylvestre is Independent Director of Prophecy Platinum Corp. For most of his career, Mr. Sylvestre worked with Inco Ltd. where he most recently held senior management positions domestically and internationally. Most notably, he was the CEO Vale Inco, New Caledonia, President Vale Inco, Manitoba Operations and Vice President of Operations PT Inco, Indonesia. Mr. Sylvestre brings over 35 years of mining experience to Prophecy. Mr. Sylvestre holds a MSc and a BSc in Mining Engineering from McGill University and Queen's University, respectively. He is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Mining.
