Craig Bentham

 Mr. Craig L. Bentham has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Poynt Corp., effective October 6, 2011. Mr. Bentham is a lawyer specializing in financing and commercial transactions. Most recently, he was the Director of Corporate Development for Pinnacle Private Capital Corporation. Mr. Bentham has also worked with the law firms McLennan Ross LLP and was a partner with the law firm of Dean Duckett Amelio.

 Mr. Yves Millette has been appointed as President of Poynt Corp., effective November 03, 2011. Mr. Millette has a track record for achieving revenue and earnings growth and brings international software and hardware experience, along with the ability to deliver operational results to Poynt Corp.

Andrew Osis

 Mr. Andrew E. Osis is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Poynt Corp. He resigned as President of the Company effective November 03, 2011. Mr. Osis was Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation between April 2002 and September 2008, Interim Chief Financial Officer from September 2008 to December 2009 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since September 2008.  Mr. Matt Kojalo is Vice President, Global Advertising Strategy of Poynt Corp., since December 2010. Mr. Kojalo has 10 years’ experience in sales and business development and has a comprehensive understanding of the mobile industry and advertising. Before joining Poynt, he was VP Business Development at MocoSpace, the mobile publisher in North America. While with MocoSpace, he managed advertising and top-tier carrier partnerships contributing to MocoSpace acquiring over 17 million users and becoming profitable. Prior to MocoSpace, he was employed at m-Qube Inc. where he managed and advised the world's mobile content providers. Mr. Kojalo’s experience ranges from working with small start-up companies to national mobile operators and data providers to scale international advertisers.

Alex Zivkovic

 Mr. Alex Zivkovic is Vice President - Business Analytics of Poynt Corp., since February 2010. Mr. Zivkovic brings a special combination of advanced technology and hands-on management experience of fast paced high-tech start-ups to Poynt. Most recently, he was responsible for the research and development of View2gether’s video search and synchronized viewing technology, which is used by ABC and The Channel, among others. As founder of Intellimerce Inc., Mr. Zivkovic directed the design, development and deployment of custom software solutions for international clients such as Dun & Bradstreet, Marsh & McLennan, Logistics Management International and Truestar Health. He was the visionary behind the shared source business intelligence tool Snowflake.net that is currently used by thousands of developers worldwide, including various Fortune 500 companies such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, BMW, FedEx, Sony America, ASUS Technologies, and Union Pacific.

Philip Gontier

 Mr. Philip Gontier is Vice President - Business Development, Europe of Poynt Corp., since March 2010. Prior to joining Poynt, Mr. Gontier was VP of Sales, Europe with Velti plc - a mobile marketing & advertising company. At Velti he was responsible for the strategic Western European region, including sales recruitment, development & execution of deals. Previous to that he was Sales Director, EMEA for JumpTap, responsible for sales of Mobile Search & Advertising solutions. He concluded commercial agreements with a number of Tier 1 carriers to launch mobile advertising and marketing across multiple mobile formats. He has also worked with many of the advertising agencies belonging to Interpublic Group: WPP, Publicis & Havas. Some of the brands that were brought on board to run mobile marketing & advertising campaigns in 2007 included Coca Cola, Nike, Barclays, General Motors & BMW.

Bart McCormick

 Mr. Bart McCormick is Vice President for Business Development of Poynt Corp. Mr. McCormick oversees Poynt distribution and related key alliance partnerships for the Americas region. His core responsibilities include the mass distribution of Poynt in alliance with the region’s network operators, direct to consumer mobile application stores and OEM’s. Prior to joining Poynt, Mr. McCormick was VP of Business Development for Shazam and held various executive and senior director level positions in the mobile, mobile advertising and digital media and mass distribution ecosystems. He has well developed skills in worldwide business development and partner management and solid abilities to create practical business arrangements that lead to relationships and revenues.

Damon Miller

 Mr. Damon Miller is Vice President - Business Development, Platform of Poynt Corp., since February 2010. Mr. Miller brings 20 years of experience in global sales, business development, marketing, management and finance for both start-ups and multinationals to Poynt. Previously, he was the Director of Business Development at Kirusa, a value added services with their Voice SMS application. At Kirusa, Mr. Miller closed the company’s first and sale to a mobile operator, developed sales partnerships and channels in Asia and Latin America, and managed global strategic partnerships.

Randy Goebel

 Dr. Randy Goebel is an Independent Directors of Poynt Corp., since June 2007. Dr. Goebel is currently Chair of the Alberta Innovates Academy, within the provincially-owned company Alberta Innovates Technology Futures. He is also Professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta, and principal investigator in the Alberta Innovates Centre for Machine Learning. Dr. Goebel is currently a director on three other Boards of directors (two not-for-profit, one for profit), and a technical advisor to several other companies.

 Dr. Amit Monga is Director of Poynt Corp., since July 20, 2010. Dr. Monga is President, CEO and Director of Northcore Technologies, a provider of asset management and social commerce solutions. He has previously served on the boards of several venture funds and private companies and worked as an investment banker and a venture capitalist in Canada. Dr. Monga also holds the Executive Professor of Finance appointment and is a member of the Business Advisory Council at the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta. In addition to Northcore Technologies, he also serves on the board of Alberta Innovates Technology Futures, an agency funded by the Alberta Government to promote innovation in the area of technology.
