A. Scott Dawson

 Mr. A. Scott Dawson is Executive Chairman of the Board, Interim President of Poseidon Concepts Corp. He is no longer Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective April 10, 2013. He has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board and Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 19,2012 and 27 December 2012, respectively. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of New Open Range since November 2011; prior thereto, President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Open Range.

 Mr. Clifford L. Wiebe serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer of Poseidon Concepts Corp. He has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer of the Company, effective 27 December 2012. He resigned as President, Director of the Company effective 27 December 2012.
