McNeill, Corbin Mr. McNeill is Chairman of Board of Directors of Portland General Electric Company. Mr. McNeill served as Chairman and co-Chief Executive Officer of Exelon Corporation, which was formed in October 2000 by the merger of PECO Energy Company and Unicom Corporation until his retirement in 2002. Prior to the merger, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PECO Energy. He serves on the boards of directors of Ontario Power Generation Inc., Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Limited, Owens-Illinois, Inc., and Silver Spring Networks. He is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
Piro, James James J. Piro has been appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Portland General Electric Company effective March 1, 2009 and as Co-Chief Executive Officer and President since January 1, 2009.
