Dallas Howe |
Mr. Dallas J. Howe is Independent Chairman of the Board of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. Mr. Howe is owner and Chief Executive Officer of DSTC Ltd., a technology investment company. He is a director of Advanced Data Systems Ltd., the C.D. Howe Institute, the Global Food Security Institute at the University of Saskatchewan and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. A director of the Crown corporation from 1982 to 1989, he joined the Corporation’s Board in 1991 and was elected Chair in 2003. He previously served as a director of Viterra Inc. |

Mr. William J. Doyle is President, Chief Executive Officer and Non-Independent Director of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He joined PotashCorp as President of PCS Sales in 1987, after a career with International Minerals and Chemical Corporation. He is on the boards of Canpotex Limited, The Fertilizer Institute and International Plant Nutrition Institute, as well as President of the International Fertilizer Industry Association. He is also a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the C.D. Howe Institute. Mr. Wayne R. Brownlee is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PotashCorp in 2006 after serving as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 1999. Prior to that, he held the titles of Senior Vice President, Expansion and Development, Vice President, Expansion and Development and Director, Business Development with the company. He also coordinated the privatization of PotashCorp in 1988, which transformed the company from a provincial Crown corporation to a publicly traded entity.Before joining PotashCorp, Mr. Brownlee served in the Department of Finance for the Government of Saskatchewan, including three years as Associate Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Division. He earned Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan. He is also a director for PhilomBios, an agricultural biotechnology company, and Great Western Brewing Company. |

Dr. Stephen Francis Dowdle, Ph.D., is President - PCS Sales of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President - Fertilizer Sales of the company. He joined the Company in 1999 as Vice President, International Fertilizer Sales, and one year later was promoted to Vice President, Fertilizer Sales. Effective January 1, 2006, he was named Senior Vice President, Fertilizer Sales, responsible for all domestic and international fertilizer transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Phosphate Chemicals Export Association (PhosChem) and Sinochem Hong Kong Holdings Limited (Sinofert). Dr. Dowdle came to PotashCorp with international experience, having served for 10 years as Vice President and Managing Director for Canpotex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and for four years as Director, China Programs, for the Potash & Phosphate Institute. Dr. Dowdle earned his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Agronomy and Soil Science from the University of Hawaii. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Brown University. |

Mr. G. David Delaney is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He was appointed President, PCS Sales of the company on March 24, 2000. Mr. Delaney joined PotashCorp as Vice President, Industrial Sales, PCS Sales in March 1997, following the acquisition of Arcadian Corporation, where he had been Vice President, Agricultural Sales, for its eastern territory. In March 2000, he was appointed President PCS Sales. In 1983, Mr. Delaney accepted his first position as a sales representative with Allied Chemicals' fertilizer division, which became Arcadian in 1984. In 1987, he expanded his territory and experience, moving from a position as Product Supervisor in nitrogen and phosphate into supervisory roles as a Product Manager, Manager of Industrial Sales, Director of Industrial Sales, VP Ag Sales-East and, eventually, Vice President, Industrial Sales. Mr. Delaney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Southern Illinois University in 1983 and has completed Vanderbilt's Sales Management Program and the Executive Management Program at the University of Pittsburgh. |

Mr. Joseph A. Podwika is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan. He joined the Company in 1997 in its Memphis office where he served as litigation and general business counsel. He moved to Chicago in 2000 to serve as senior counsel to the Corporation's phosphate business and since 2002, has been responsible for all U.S. legal affairs. Before joining PotashCorp, Mr. Podwika worked in the legal department of International Paper Company in Memphis and was in private practice with the Buffalo, New York, law firm, Jaeckle, Fleischmann & Mugel. Mr. Podwika earned a bachelor's degree in English with highest honors from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1984 and a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law in 1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Chicago Bar Association and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. |

Mr. Denis A. Sirois is Vice President and Corporate Controller of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He has had a history with PotashCorp, joining the corporation in 1978. He was the General Accountant for PCS Mining until 1983, when he became Chief Accountant for PCS Potash Cory Division, a position he held until 1987. He then took on the role of Controller for PCS Inc. and with a promotion in 1997, added Vice President to his title. As Vice President and Corporate Controller, Mr. Sirois is responsible for preparation of financial statements, compliance with reporting requirements to shareholders, internal control implementation, audit coordination, reporting to the Audit Committee and the accounting policies and procedures. Mr. Sirois was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He attended the University of Saskatchewan, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1977. From 1977-1978, he was employed at the Bank of Montreal in Thompson and Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 1983, he attained his Certified Management Accountant designation. |
