Name Description

Balbir Johal

 Mr. Balbir S. Johal has been re-designated as Executive Independent Co-Chairman of the Board of Pacific Potash Corp., with effect from May 13, 2013. Mr. Johal has been a lawyer since 1983, and has been involved with public companies in various capacities. Currently, Mr. Johal is a director of Mega Copper Ltd., all mineral exploration companies are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Johal was also a director (October 2003 to November 2005) and President (October 2003 to April 2005) of Signature Resources Ltd. Mr. Johal received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1978 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 1982. Mr. Johal's principal occupation for the past 25 years has been as a self-employed lawyer.

Tao Liu

 Mr. Tao Liu has been appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board of Pacific Potash Corp., with effect from May 13, 2013. He has investment and management experience in natural resources and venture capital. His professional career has included serving as a senior officer for the Asian Pacific division of Apple, and vice-president of Dell China. Mr. Liu has an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Stephen Butrenchuk

 Mr. Stephen Butrenchuk is President, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Potash Corp. He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Potash Corp., effective 7 December 2012. He has over 42 years in mining and mineral exploration, development and operations, and is is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Butrenchuk served as a a former consulting geologist for the Geological Survey of British Columbia, specializing in industrial minerals, and has served as a director and president of Passport Potash Inc.

Bryce Clark

 Mr. Bryce A. Clark is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Pacific Potash Corporation. He was appointed as Director of the Company on June 7, 2011 and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on May 4, 2011. Mr. Clark has been a Certified General Accountant since 2004 and since October, 2004 a partner of Minni, Clark & Company; a director of a number of reporting issuers during the past five years including Avantec Technologies Inc. Mr. Dahrouge has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta since August, 1994 and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since May, 2006. Mr. Dahrouge has been a director or officer of various public companies and reporting issuers for more than 12 years. He serves as Director of Quantum Rare Earch Developments Corp., Commerce Resources Corp., Equitas Resources Corp., Javelle Capital Corp., Fission Energy Corp.

Eric Warren

 Mr. Eric Warren serves as Independent Director of Pacific Potash Corporation. Mr. Warren received his M.Sc (Mathematics) from the University of British Columbia in 1972 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. Mr. Warren is currently a director of Tuxedo Resources Ltd., Tiller Resources Ltd. and Signature Resources Ltd. and a former director of Centurion Minerals Ltd. and Ultra Lithium Inc.
