Name Description

Tao Liu

Mr. Tao Liu has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Potash Corp., with effect 11 December 2014. He has investment and management experience in natural resources and venture capital. His professional career has included serving as a senior officer for the Asian Pacific division of Apple, and vice-president of Dell China. Mr. Liu has an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Kenneth Tollstam

Mr. Kenneth Tollstam, CPA, CA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Potash Corporation., with effect from 12 February 2015. Mr. Tollstam has spent a number of years at Deloitte Touche, where he obtained his CA before going on to hold various executive management and director of finance positions throughout his career. Most recently, Mr. Tollstam serves as director and chief financial officer of several private and publicly traded companies.

Charlie Cheng

Dr. Charlie Cheng is Director of the Company. He was President, Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Potash Corporation. He has been appointed to the position of Director of the Company with effect from 11 December 2014. Dr. Charlie Cheng holds a PhD in geology from the University of British Columbia and an MSc and a BEng in geology from the China University of Geosciences. Over the last 30 years, Dr. Cheng has specialized in the exploration and evaluation of almost all types of precious, base and rare metal ore deposits in North and South America and Asia, where he worked as the field geologist, exploration geologist, computing geologist, project manager, chief geologist and general manager of several mineral exploration projects, and as president and chief executive officer of a TSX Venture Exchange company. Among the projects that Dr. Cheng participated in or was in charge of, three of them have been in production, one of them is under development into a mine, and two of them are in the prefeasibility stage and the feasibility stage, respectively.

Yingqian Li

Ms. Yingqian Li is Independent Director of the company. She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Over the last 18 years, Ms. Li has worked in one of the "big four" accounting firms and some other multinational companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business and tax advisory, and corporate and operational restructuring. Her years of working experiences in multinational companies enhanced her business strategic thinking and finance insight sensitivity.

Eric Warren

Mr. Eric Warren serves as an Independent Director of Pacific Potash Corporation. Mr. Warren received his M.Sc (Mathematics) from the University of British Columbia in 1972 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. Mr. Warren is currently a director of Tuxedo Resources Ltd., Tiller Resources Ltd. and Signature Resources Ltd. and a former director of Centurion Minerals Ltd. and Ultra Lithium Inc.
