Jury Wowk

 Mr. Jury Ivan Wowk is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of PPK Group Ltd., since September 13, 2011. He was a Partner of and is currently a consultant to HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and has provided legal services to the PPK Group since the establishment of Plaspak Pty Limited in 1979. From 1987 to 1989, he performed the role of Operations Manager at Plaspak Pty Ltd gaining hands on practical experience in the management of the company's operations. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Sydney. He is a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist in Business Law and an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He used to hold directorships in Frigrite Limited, Allied Brands Limited, Intelligent Solar Limited, Eureka Group Holdings Limited and Zylotech Limited.

Glenn Molloy

 Mr. Glenn Robert Molloy is an Executive Director of PPK Group Ltd. He is Founder of the former entity Plaspak Pty Limited in 1979. He is appointed has Executive Director in September 2009. He founded the former entity Plaspak Pty Ltd in 1979 and has acted as a director of the consolidated entity since that time. He has experience on public company boards, and in advising publicly listed and private entities on commercial aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestment activities. He was appointed to the role of Executive Director in September 2009 following the retirement and resignation of David Hoff as Managing Director.
