Name Description

David Salisbury

Mr. David J. Salisbury is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Passport Potash Inc. As previously reported, Mr. Salisbury has had an extensive career in the mining industry, spanning four decades, including 17 years with Rio Tinto PLC. During his career, he has had experience in almost all phases of mine development and operation, including operating and capital budget development, operating cost control, product quality, profit/loss analysis, engineering, safety, field operations and maintenance, strategic planning, environmental compliance, market development, merger and acquisition analysis, employee relations, community relations, public relations, and government relations at both the state and federal levels. Mr. Salisbury was president and CEO of Resolution Copper Mining from 2008 to his retirement on Jan. 31, 2011. At Resolution he was responsible for the development of a deep underground copper mine in Superior, Ariz. One of his primary responsibilities was a legislative land exchange involving 3,025 acres of federal land in exchange for 5,500 acres of ecologically important private land. His role at Resolution required significant interaction and engagement with members of the U. S. Congress, federal agencies, the governor of the state of Arizona and state legislators. From 2006 through 2008, Mr. Salisbury was president and CEO of Kennecott Minerals Company, where he was responsible for the comprehensive management of underground operations in Juneau, Alaska; open-cut/heap-leach gold in Nevada; and the development and construction of an underground nickel operation in Michigan. Mr. Salisbury was a leader for the Rio Tinto global improvement program, Mr. Salisbury was managing director and chief executive officer of Rossing Uranium Ltd. The Rossing mine employed 1,200 people and produces triuranium octoxide for the global nuclear fuel industry, representing 8 per cent of the global primary supply. During his tenure, the mine achieved its historical best safety performance.

Jeffrey Kirk

Mr. Jeffrey Kirk has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Passport Potash Inc., with effect from 12 January 2015. He is currently the Principal of Kirk Advisors, LLC (2013 to Present) which provides consulting services in the fields of operational finance and accounting, human resources administration and training. Mr. Kirk is also currently the CFO and a Partner of Headwaters Capital Partners (2010 to Present) a private equity company where he is accountable for finance function for multiple small business, including financial statement preparation, grant administration, tax preparation, accounting reconciliation and payroll. In addition, Mr. Kirk is also currently the Treasurer of Kaeme Foundation (2010 to Present) where his responsibilities include financial statement preparation, tax reporting, payroll and oversight of donations. From 2012 to 2013 Mr. Kirk was the VP, Human Resources for HeartFlow, Inc., a cardiovascular diagnostics technology company, where he established the HR department, supervised benefits, payroll administration and performance administration and was a member of the board's compensation committee. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Kirk was the CFO of HeartFlow, Inc. where he organized all finance functions, prepared financial statements, formulation of policies, collaborated with external auditors and was a member of the board's audit committee. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Kirk was the Director of Operations for Amp Capital Partners a private equity firm where he was involved in the oversight and mentoring of small businesses in the fields of ground water mapping, green fuel through conversion of biomass by solar energy and various other start-ups. Mr. Kirk received his Bachelor of Arts (Finance) from the University of Utah in 1981 and his Master of Business Administration from Utah State University in 1982. In addition, Mr. Kirk received his Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University in 2012.

Michael Schlumpberger

Mr. Michael X. Schlumpberger is Chief Operating Officer of Passport Potash Inc. Mr. Schlumpberger is a mining engineer with 27 years of experience in the mining industry, with over 21 years with Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan. During his career he has acquired experience in almost all phases of mining operations. Before starting his career with PotashCorp, Mr. Schlumpberger began his career as a mining engineer with the U.S. Bureau of Mines in Minneapolis. He then worked as a production supervisor for Unimin Corp. where he supervised the production of a 500,000-ton-per-year silica sand mining and processing operation. During his career with PotashCorp, Mr. Schlumpberger worked in many positions, including: maintenance mining engineer, production engineer for prestripping; production engineer for mine services (blend and reclamation); mining engineer for mine and reclamation planning for mining operations; mine services co-ordinator for mine planning and services; assistant to manager of mining operations; mill superintendent; maintenance and materials manager; operations manager; and mine general superintendent. As mine general superintendent, Mr. Schlumpberger was responsible for all aspects of the underground mining and hoisting for an eight-million-tonne-per-year potash mine. He oversaw an expansion and upgrade to increase production by approximately 50 per cent, including hoisting, while in normal production. He was accountable for productivity, process and reliability improvements, budgeting, capital replacement program, safety, and environmental compliance.

Jerry Aiken

Mr. Jerry Aiken is Director of Passport Potash Inc. Mr. Aiken has more than 44 years of experience in mineral exploration involving base metals, precious metals, and industrial minerals. He has been involved in project generation, geologic mapping, geochemical evaluation, drill program supervision, and regional program management throughout the western United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and parts of Europe. Since 2006, Mr. Aiken has been working as a consulting geologist involved in the evaluation of mineral properties and the writing and reviewing of NI 43-101 technical reports and PFS/FS technical reports. Prior to beginning work as a consulting geologist, Mr. Aiken worked for 29 years for US Borax (Rio Tinto Exploration) ("Borax") in Tucson, Arizona and Valencia, California. Before focusing his career in Industrial Minerals, he worked for more than five years for ASARCO Exploration, in Spokane, Washington, concentrating on base and precious metals from 1970 to 1976. Mr. Aiken has conducted and implemented exploration programs for borates, potash, lithium and other industrial minerals. A review of Mr. Aiken's potash experience, beginning in the mid-1970s, shows that he has evaluated several potash projects and mines located in the Carlsbad district, New Mexico, and the Paradox Basin, Utah. His experience in that regard resulted in his evaluating the brine potential in the Paradox Basin. Mr. Aiken graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western Michigan University. He also completed coursework in the Masters Program in Exploration Geology from the University of Idaho. Mr. Aiken is a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Washington and a Registered Member of SME.
