Name Description

Juan Luis Cebrian Echarri

 Mr. Juan Luis Cebrian Echarri serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Promotora de Informaciones SA. He has been on the Company's Board since June 15, 1983. He is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of EL PAIS and the Sociedad Espanola de Radiodifusion (SER), Deputy Chairman of Sogecable, Writer and Member of the Real Academia Espanola. In addition, he acted as Founding Member of the Journal Cuadernos para el Dialogo in 1963, and from 1963 to 1975, he worked as Editor-in-Chief and Associate Director of the Madrid daily newspaper Pueblo and Informaciones. He was also Director of News Services at Television Espanola. He acted as Founding Editor of El PAIS, from 1976 until November, 1988. From 1986 to 1988, he also served as President of the International Press Institute (IPI). Since November 1988, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of the PRISA Group, serving as Chief Executive Officer of EL PAIS and SER and Deputy Chairman of Sogecable, where he was Chief Executive Officer between 1989 and 1999. In November 2003, he was elected President of Asociacion de Editores Diarios Espanoles (AEDE). He studied Philosophy at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and graduated from Escuela Oficial de Periodismo in Madrid in 1963.

Manuel Polanco Moreno

 Mr. Manuel Polanco Moreno serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Promotora de Informaciones SA and President of PRISA TV, a business unit of the Company. He was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board on July 20, 2012 and President of PRISA TV on October 2010. He also acted as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Miguel Angel Cayuela Sebastian

 Mr. Miguel Angel Cayuela Sebastian has served as Chief Executive Officer of Santillana, a business unit of Promotora de Informaciones SA since April 2008. He began his career at Grupo Santillana in 1985, in the area of Market Research and Marketing. In 1991, he was named Deputy Managing Director of Santillana in Mexico and later becoming Managing Director of the group. In 2003, he returned to Madrid to take over the post of Operations Manager. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economic Sciences.

Augusto Delkader Teig

 Mr. Augusto Delkader Teig serves as President of PRISA Radio, a business unit of Promotora de Informaciones SA. He began his professional career at the newspaper Diario de Cadiz, where he acted as Editor and later Managing Editor. He was also member the staff of the newspaper Informaciones. In the past, he acted as Founding Member of EL PAIS, where he served as Assistant Editor. He was Head of the News Department, before becoming Director of Cadena SER. On December 19, 1991, he was appointed as General Director of Cadena SER, and on May 4, 1993, he became President of the Social Council of Universidad de Cadiz. On May 12, 1997, he was re-elected as President of the Social Council of Universidad de Cadiz, and has held this post until 2001. Pedro Garcia Guillen

 Mr. Pedro Garcia Guillen serves as Chief Executive Officer of PRISA TV, a business unit of Promotora de Informaciones SA. He has held this post since May 2009. He started his professional career at Ford Espana and BMW Iberica. Fernando Martinez Albacete

He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola Law School at the Loyola Marymount University in 1976 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California in Los Angeles in 1973.

Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon

 Mr. Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Promotora de Informaciones SA. He was appointed to this post on November 27, 2010. He is also Chairman of the Company's Corporate Governance Committee. Between December 1, 1994, and November 30, 2000, he was President of Mexico. Since July 2002, he has been Professor of Economics and International Politics and Director of the Centre for the Study of the Globalization at the Yale University. From 2008 to 2010, he was Member of the International Commission for Non-Proliferation and Disarmament of Nuclear Weapons, and from 2008 to 2009, he acted as President of the International Commission for the Reform of the World Bank. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Global Development Network and Board Member of Fundacion Carolina de Espana and the World Economic Forum, as well as Member of the Assessment Board for the Global Development of Fundacion Gates. In addition, he is Member of the Board of Directors of Procter and Gamble, Alcoa and Citibank. He holds a degree in Economics from Instituto Politecnico Nacional and a Masters degree and a Doctorate in Philosophy degree, both from the Yale University. He also holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree from the Harvard University.
