Name Description

Geir Sandvik

 Mr. Geir Sandvik is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. He is an independent consultant. He is the Chairman of the Board of Hydroenergi AS, and a director of Floatel International Ltd, Pareto World Wide Offshore AS, Beerenberg Corp., Neptune Offshore AS, Integrated Optoelectronics AS and BassDrill Alpha Ltd. He is also the Chairman of the Board’s Audit committee at Beerenberg Corp, Chairman of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and member of the Board's Audit Committee at Floatel International Ltd. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Sandvik held various management positions with Pareto Securities ASA’s Corporate Finance division, managing nearly 150 IPOs and share issues and 80 M&A transactions. Prior to Pareto, Mr. Sandvik was the Executive Vice President and CFO of Transocean Offshore, Executive Vice President and CFO of Astrup Hoeyer AS, Vice President Finance of Aker and Vice President Finance of Royal Viking Line. Mr. Sandvik holds an MSc in Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen. He has served as a director and Chairman of the Board of Prospector S.A. since December, 10 2010.

Robert Rose

 Mr. Robert W. Rose is President, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Director of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Prior to starting the Company, Mr. Rose joined Premium Drilling (in July 2005) and served as President and CEO until March 2009. In the period July 2000 - April 2005, Mr. Rose was Vice President Operations, Engineering and Construction for Noble Drilling, in the period January 1980 - June 2000 he served Noble Drilling in various operational, engineering, managerial and executive positions. Mr. Rose is an Ocean Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and has completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. He serves on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and has over 30 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry. He has served as a director of Prospector S.A. and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception on 28 May 2010.

Anirudha Pangarkar

 Mr. Anirudha Pangarkar is Vice President - Operations and Co-Founder of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Prior to starting the Company, Mr. Pangarkar served as Vice President of Operations in Premium Drilling, Inc. in the period 2005-2009. During this period, Mr. Pangarkar directed the operations of 13 rigs, working for more than 30 high-profile international exploration and production companies. Before joining Premium Drilling, Mr. Pangarkar served as General Manager of Schlumberger Drilling Services. Mr. Pangarkar is a Director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and a trustee of IIT Alumni Association. Mr. Pangarkar is a mechanical engineering graduate of M.S. University Baroda and holds a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Pangarkar is a Director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and a trustee of IIT Alumni Association.

Michael Pope

 Mr. Michael Pope is Vice President - Marketing and Contracts and Co-Founder of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Prior to starting the Company, Mr. Pope served as Vice President of Marketing and Contracts for Premium Drilling, Inc. in the period October 2005 – April 2009. In this position Mr. Pope was responsible for the marketing and contracting strategies for a fleet of 13 new build jack-up drilling rigs and he managed the negotiation of 38 contracts for 30 companies in 36 months. Prior to his tenure with Premium Drilling, Mr. Pope worked as Manager of Marketing and Contracts for Noble Drilling (UK) for eight years, and Smedvig Ltd. for seven years where he held various contract and marketing positions. Mr. Pope further serves as Director and member of the Contracts Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors. Mr. Pope holds a Bachelor of Administration in marketing and business management from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

Michael Cardigan

 Mr. Michael Cardigan is Vice President - Administration and Co-Founder of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cadigan served as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment for Premium Drilling Inc. in the period 2005-2009. During this period he led the development of the Premium Management System, which included the company information technology network. In the last full year of operation, with over 2.2 million exposure hours, Premium achieved a Total Recordable Incident Rate of 0.80 which equal top quartile performance for the offshore drilling industry. Prior to joining Premium Drilling, Mr. Cadigan worked for Noble Corporation for ten years, as Director of Risk Management and Manager of Health, Safety Environment and Quality, among others. Mr. Cadigan is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland, and he was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the George Group. He is a Director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and a member of the National Safety Council.

Hugo Froment

 Mr. Hugo Froment is Member of the Board of Directors of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Mr. Froment has experience from the legal, financial and business sector. He further serves as Director at Intertrust (Luxembourg) S.A., a provider of management and corporate services that provides management and operational support, domiciliation of companies and accounting services, where he is responsible for teams handling corporate clients in North America. Prior to joining Intertrust in 2007 he spent five years in private banking with BNP Paribas. S.A. Mr. Froment holds a Masters in Law from the University of Law, Nancy, France and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, "Robert Schuman", Strasbourg, France. Mr. Froment has served as a director Prospector S.A. since 23 November 2010.

Tomas Norrby

 Mr. Tomas Norrby is Member of the Board of Directors at Prospector Offshore Drilling SA. Mr. Norrby holds experience in the contract drilling industry and served as Chief Executive Officer of Skeie Drilling & Production ASA in 2009 and 2010. Mr. Norrby also served as Managing Director for Deep Drilling Invest, Sinvest ASA’s investment in eight jack-up drilling rigs, in the period 2003 to 2007. Mr. Norrby also served as Chairman for Premium Drilling AS (a Sinvest ASA and Awilco Offshore ASA joint venture - marketing and operating a total of sixteen newbuild jack-ups) from its inception in 2005 till May 2007. Mr. Norrby holds an MBA from Norwegian School of Management and an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. He has served as a director of the Board of Prospector S.A. since December 10, 2010.

Andrew O'Shea

 Mr. Andrew O'Shea has been Member of the Board of Directors of Prospector Offshore Drilling SA since June 21, 2012. He has experience from financial services industry and works as Manager at Intertrust (Luxembourg) S.A. where he is responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients from North America. He also serves on the Boards of Intertrust Corporate Services S.A., I.L.L.
