Blunden, Craig Mr. Craig G. Blunden is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. and the Bank. He has been associated with Provident Savings Bank since 1974, having held his current positions at the Bank since 1991 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since its formation in 1996. Mr. Blunden also serves on the City of Riverside Council of Economic Development Advisors and the Monday Morning Group.
Ternes, Donavon Mr. Donavon P. Ternes serves as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. He joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on November 1, 2000 and was appointed Secretary of the Corporation and the Bank in April 2003. Effective January 1, 2008, Mr. Ternes was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, while continuing to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Bank and the Corporation. Schrader, Robert Mr. Robert G. Schrader is a Diertcor of Provident Financial Holdings Inc. He has been associated with Provident Savings Bank since 1963 and served as Executive Vice President of the Bank and Provident from January 1995 and 1996, respectively, until his retirement on March 31, 2003. From 1990 through 1994, Mr. Schrader served as Senior Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Schrader served as Secretary of Provident from its formation in 1996 until his retirement in 2003.
