Name Description

John Lee

Mr. John Lee is Executive Chairman of the Board, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Prophecy Development Corp. He has been a mining analyst and accredited investor in the resource industry since 2001. He is a speaker at major resource conferences, including Mines and Money, China Mining, Terrapinn, and Cambridge House. Mr. Lee is a CFA charter holder and has degrees in economics and engineering from Rice University.

Irina Plavutska

Ms. Irina Plavutska has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Prophecy Development Corp., with effect from September 20, 2013. She is a professional accountant with over 20 years of diverse international experiences in financial reporting, auditing, and accounting. She is a member of Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia. Ms. Plavutska earned a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Business and Economics in Ukraine, and has held senior accounting positions, such as corporate controller, at numerous Canadian international and professional service companies for the past several years.

Tony Wong

Mr.Tony Wong is a Corporate Secretary of Prophecy Development Corp. Mr. Wong is a lawyer who has practiced law throughout Canada for over 12 years. He was a solicitor at a large national law firm from 2000 to 2001; he was appointed Registrar, Securities & Corporate Registries for the Northwest Territories from 2002 to 2005; from there, he went on to serve as a senior securities regulator in British Columbia from 2005 to 2010; from 2010 to 2011 he worked as in-house counsel for a leading technology company; he acted as a foreign consultant to the Anguilla Financial Services Commission in 2012. Mr. Wong has been Vice-Chair of the board of a large, not-for-profit arts organization since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University.

Mr. Harald Batista is an Independent Director of Prophecy Development Corp. Harald Batista has an MBA from the University of Santa Clara, CA, and has an impressive background in international sales and marketing. He is actively involved with his family’s extensive group of Brazilian companies.

D. Gregory Hall

Dr. D. Gregory Hall is Independent Director of Prophecy Development Corp. Greg Hall is a self-employed businessman with over 25 years’ experience as a broker, senior executive officer and founder of several successful Vancouver-based brokerage firms. Mr Hall previously served as a director of Silvercorp Metals (NYSE), the largest primary silver producer in China.

Masa Igata

Mr. Masa Igata is an Independent Director of Prophecy Development Corp. Mr. Igata has more than 25 years experience working in Asian financial markets, and is the founder and chief executive officer of Frontier Securities, the first foreign investment bank in Mongolia. Previously, he was managing director at Nikko Citigroup with a leading role in Japanese equity sales and investor relations. Mr. Igata now focuses primarily on advising resource companies in Mongolia. Mr. Igata received his graduate of law from Kyoto University, and is a member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and Mongolian Stock Exchange.
