Name Description

Francois-Henri Pinault

Mr. Francois-Henri Pinault has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA since May 19, 2005. He graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC). He joined the Pinault Group in 1987 and started as a Salesman at the Evreux branch of Pinault Distribution, a subsidiary specialized in the import and distribution of wood. In 1988, he created the company’s purchasing unit, which he managed until September 1989. He was then appointed Managing Director of France Bois Industries, the company comprising the industrial activities of the Pinault Group. He managed the 14 plants of this subsidiary until December 1990, when he returned to Pinault Distribution to become Chairman. In 1993, he was appointed Chairman of CFAO and Member of the Management Board of Pinault Printemps Redoute. Four years later, he was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Fnac, a position he held until February 2000. He was then appointed Deputy Managing Director of Pinault Printemps Redoute, in charge of developing the group’s Internet activities. In 2000, he became Co-Managing Director of Financiere Pinault. In 2003, he was appointed Chairman of the Artemis Group. In 2005, he was first appointed Chairman of the Management Board on March 21, 2005, and then Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of PPR SA on May 19, 2005. Prior to that, he was appointed Member of the Supervisory of PPR SA on January 17, 2001 and was then Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board from May 22, 2003 until March 21, 2005. He occupies various other functions, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gucci Group NV., Chairman of the Board of Sowind Group SA and Artemis SA, and Board Member of Bouygues and Soft Computing.

Jean-Francois Palus

Mr. Jean-Francois Palus has been Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA since December 13, 2005 and was also named Deputy Chief Executive Officer on February 26, 2008 and Director on May 7, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from December 13, 2005 to January 2012. Since October 2012, the Sport & Lifestyle division has reported directly to him, and since December 2012, he has been Chairman of the Administrative Board of PUMA SE. He graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in 1984 and began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1985 in audit and financial consulting. Before joining Artemis in 2001, he spent 10 years with the PPR group, as Deputy General Manager and Finance Director for Pinault SA’s Industry-Wood division (1991-1993), Group Financial Controller (1993-1997), Store Manager with Fnac (1997-1998), and finally Finance Director, Corporate Secretary and a Member of the Conforama Management Board (1998-2001). In March 2005, Mr. Palus was placed in charge of the PPR mergers and acquisitions department, reporting to Francois-Henri Pinault. He also holds other mandates within the Company, including Chairman and CEO of Sapardis, Director of Fnac and Groupe Fnac SA, and Chairman of the Board of L.G.I. SA.

Patricia Barbizet

Ms. Patricia Barbizet is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of PPR SA as of May 19, 2005 and is also the Chair of the Nominating Committee and of the Strategy and Development Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Sustainable Development Committee of the Company. She was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of PPR SA in December 1992 and then served as Chair of the Supervisory Board from December 2001 until May 19, 2005. She graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris in 1976 and began her career within Groupe Renault as Treasurer of Renault Vehicules Industriels. She then became Finance Director of Renault Credit International. She joined Groupe Pinault in 1989 as Finance Director. In 1992, she became CEO of Artemis and in 2004, she was appointed as CEO of Financiere Pinault. She holds several other mandates within the Company, including Chairperson of Christies International Plc and holds directorships within several other companies, including Director of Total, Bouygues, TF1 and Air France-KLM.

Jean-Marc Duplaix

Mr. Jean-Marc Duplaix has served as Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer of PPR SA since February 2012. He is a graduate of HEC and holds a DESCF Degree in Accounting & Finance. He began his career at Arthur Andersen as Project Coordinator and later Director from 1994 to 2004, where he conducted statutory auditing and financial consulting missions on behalf of CAC40-listed industrial groups. In 2005, he joined the M6 Group (Metropole Television) as Deputy Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. He also held the offices of President of Multi4, a broadcasting operator for several TNT channels, and was a Board Member of the FC Girondins de Bordeaux football club, of TF6 and Serie Club.

Bjoern Gulden

Mr. Bjorn Gulden is the Chief Executive Officer of PUMA SE, a subsidiary of PPR SA, as of July 1, 2013. He had been CEO of Danish jewellery brand Pandora since the beginning of 2012. From 2000 to 2011, he was Managing Director of Deichmann, where he also headed the US-subsidiaries Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoes as CEO and President. Prior to 2000, he held several management positions at outdoor apparel company Helly Hansen and sporting goods firm Adidas, where he was Senior Vice President of Apparel and Accessories. Mr. Gulden is a former football professional who played among others for German Bundesliga club 1. FC Nuernberg. He studied Business Administration in Norway and obtained an MBA from Babson Graduate School of Business in Boston.

Belen Essioux Trujillo

Ms. Belen Essioux Trujillo has been a Member of the Executive Committee and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PPR SA since May 2012. She is a graduate of ICADE in Madrid, Spain, and holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Madrid. Following an initial working experience with the Boston Consulting Group in Madrid from 1990 to 1992, she moved to Paris and focused her career on Human Resources, first in the automobile industry at PSA (1993-1999) and later at Valeo. In 2000, she joined Danone Group where she spent four years as HR Director of the Biscuits Branch and later Head of International Mobility, before joining Hermes Group in 2005, where she held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Leather Goods & Saddlery Division and Hermes Sellier from 2008.

Alexis Babeau

Mr. Alexis Babeau has served as Member of the Executive Committee and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the PPR Luxury Group since March 1, 2011. Previously, Mr. Babeau covered the role of Gucci Group's Chief Operating Officer since January 2009. He joined Gucci Group in 2004 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, before helding various financial executive positions in the Carrefour Group and in the Bollore Group, and then joining credit and financial services company Finaref in 2001, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Babeau has a degree in engineering from the Ecole Superieure des Travaux Publics de Paris.

Louise Beveridge

Ms. Louise Beveridge has served as Member of the Executive Committee, Head of Corporate Communication of PPR SA since March 2011. She is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and holds a Masters degree in international relations from the University of Sussex. After gaining experience within financial communication agencies from 1985 to 1993, she joined Societe Generale in London and then in Paris and was Head of Corporate Communication of Sociene Generale's investment bank (SGCIB) from 1996 to 2001. She was then appointed Head of Corporate Communication of Antalis (Arjo Wiggins) and then of Atisreal in 2002. Following the acquisition of Atisreal by BNP Paribas in 2004, she became Head of Corporate Communication of BNP Paribas Real Estate until 2007, when she was appointed Head of Brand & Communications of the Investment Solutions division of BNP Paribas.

Marco Bizzarri

Mr. Marco Bizzarri has served as Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA since February 16, 2012 and is also President & Chief Executive Officer of Bottega Veneta. He joined Bottega Veneta as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009, after first joining the Group in January 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stella McCartney and Member of the PPR Luxury Division Management Committee. He joined Stella McCartney from Marithe & François Girbaud in Paris, where he was General Manager. Previously, Mr. Bizzarri worked for the Mandarina Duck Group from 1993 to 2004, most recently as General Manager. Prior to this, Mr. Bizzarri advised mid-sized and start-up businesses in Italy on strategy, business and organizational issues as part of Accenture’s strategy consulting team. During the course of his career, he has worked and lived in Hong Kong for a year, Paris for five years and London for four years.

Alexandre Bompard

Mr. Alexandre Bompard has served as Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fnac since January 2011. He is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and holds a Masters degree in public law and a postgraduate degree in economics. Upon graduating from Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA, promotion Cyrano de Bergerac), he joined the Inspection Generale des Finances. Four years later, he became Technical Advisor to Mr. Francois Fillon, then Minister of Social Affairs, Labor and Solidarity in 2003 and a member of his cabinet. In 2004 he joined Canal+. From 2005-2008 Mr. Bompard was Director of Sports at Canal+ and the group’s Director of Public Affairs. From 2008 to the end of 2010, Mr. Bompard was Chairman and CEO of Europe 1.

Marie-Claire Daveu

Ms. Marie-Claire Daveu has been a Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of International Institutional Affairs of PPR SA since 2012. After embarking on a career as a senior civil servant in the field of agriculture and the environment, Ms. Daveu occupied the post of Technical adviser to the Cabinet of Prime minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin, the Principal private secretary to Serge Lepeltier, Minister of ecology and sustainable development, before joining Sanofi-Aventis Group in 2005 as Head of sustainable development. From 2007 to 2012, Ms. Daveu occupied the post of Principal private secretary to Ms. Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, first within the Ministry of ecology, then PPS in charge of forecasting and the digital economy, and lastly, within the Ministry of ecology, sustainable development, transport and housing. Ms. Daveu is a graduate of the Paris Grignon National Institute of Agronomy (INA PG), the National School of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests (ENGREF) and holder of a DESS (Masters) in public administration from the Universite Paris Dauphine.

Patrizio Di Marco

Mr. Patrizio di Marco has served as a Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA as of February 16, 2012, and is also President & Chief Executive Officer of Gucci. He was appointed Gucci’s President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009 having originally joined the Group in 2001 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bottega Veneta. After starting his career at the sportswear division of GFT, Mr. di Marco spent five years in Japan where he worked as Prada’s CFO and Marketing & Merchandising Director. He was also director of joint venture companies between Prada and partners in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. di Marco was President and CEO of Prada America. He was then named Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communication at Louis Vuitton Americas, and then appointed President and CEO of Celine, Inc.

Jean-Michel Noir

Mr. Jean-Michel Noir is a Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Redcats as of April 2009. Since 2000, he had been a Member of the Executive Committee of the Vivarte Group. Chairman and CEO of La Halle aux Vetements from 2000 to 2007, he had been Managing Director of Operations of the Vivarte Group since April 2007. Mr. Noir holds a degree from the ESCP and an MBA from the INSEAD. He began his career in 1991, working for the Clinvest Bank in the M&A sector, in London and Paris. He then joined McKinsey, where he conducted several strategy missions in the retail sector, between 1995 and 2000. He was also appointed Chairman of La Redoute.

Baudouin Prot

Mr. Baudouin Prot has been a Director of PPR SA since May 19, 2005. He is also a Member of the Company's Nominating Committee. He was previously a Member of the Supervisory Board of PPR SA from March 11, 1998 until May 19, 2005. He graduated from Haute Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1972 and Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1976. He spent four years at the Inspection Generale des Finances, before being appointed Deputy to the Director of Energy and Raw Materials at the Ministry of Industry for a term of three years. He joined BNP in 1983 as Deputy Director of Banque Nationale de Paris Intercontinentale, before managing European activities in 1985. He then joined the Central Networks Department in 1987, and was promoted to Central Director in 1990, and then Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP, in charge of networks, in 1992. He became Chief Executive Officer of BNP in 1996 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas in 1999. In March 2000, he was appointed Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas, and then Director and Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas in May 2003. He is an Officer of the Ordre National du Merite and a Knight of the Legion d'Honneur. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of BNP Paribas and is also a Director of Veolia Environnement, Pargesa Holding SA and Erbe SA.

Caroline Puel

Ms. Caroline Puel has been a Director of PPR SA since May 19, 2010. She graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the French Institute of Oriental Languages (Institut National des lanques et civilisations orientales) where she majored in Chinese, and is a former student at the Chinese Foreign Affairs College. She started her career as a French Embassy press attache in China. In 1989, she joined Radio France Internationale (RFI) as a war correspondent and covered India, Pakistan, Yugoslavia and the first Gulf War. In 1992, she joined the French daily, Liberation, as the Asia Desk Editor. From 1993 to 1997, she was based in Hong Kong as a correspondent for Liberation and Le Point, a weekly news magazine. Ms. Puel set up Le Point’s Asia desk in Beijing where she became responsible for coverage of North Korea, Mongolia, South-East Asia and launched the special editions on China. From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Puel was also the China Correspondent for Radio Suisse Romande and Radio France. Ms. Puel is an art critic and author of more than fifteen books about Chinese contemporary artists and writers. She received the Albert Londres Prize in 1997 for her coverage of China. From 2004 to 2010, she taught at IEP in Paris and between 2006 and 2010, she was a member of the Steering Committee of the Women’s Forum Asia.

Jochen Zeitz

Mr. Jochen Zeitz is a Director of PPR SA as of 2012 and is also the Chairman of the Company’s Sustainable Development committee. He previously served as a Member of the Executive Committee of PPR SA from September 2007, and was also the CEO of the Sport & Lifestyle division and Chief Sustainability Officer of PPR SA, and Chairman of the Board of Puma SE. He studied International Marketing and Finance at the European Business School and graduated in 1986. He started his career at Colgate-Palmolive in New York and Hamburg. He joined Puma in 1990 and was in charge of marketing for shoes. In 1991, he became Head of the Marketing Division and after having served for a few months as Vice President of Marketing and International Sales, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the Company in 1993. In August 2007, Mr. Zeitz was also appointed to the Board of Harley Davidson Inc.

Laurence Boone

Ms. Laurence Boone has been an Independent Director of PPR SA since May 19, 2010 and is also a Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Universite Paris-X Nanterre and earned her PhD in economics from the London Business School. She began her career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch Asset Management from 1995 to 1996, and then became a researcher at the CEPII, before joining the OECD as an economist in 1998. She was Chief Economist at Barclays Capital from 2004 to early 2011. She joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Chief Economist Europe in June 2011. Ms. Boone lectured at the Ecole Polytechnique and currently lectures at ENSAE and Ecole Normale Superieure. She is the author of numerous articles and a member of the Circle of Economists.

Luca Cordero di Montezemolo

Mr. Luca Cordero di Montezemolo has been an Independent Director of PPR SA as of May 19, 2005. He is also a Member of the Company's Nominating Committee and Sustainable Development Committee. He was previously Member of the Supervisory Board of PPR SA from December 19, 2001 until May 19, 2005. He graduated in Law from University of Rome La Sapienza and holds a Masters degree in International Commercial Law from Columbia University. He began his career in 1973 as Assistant to the Chairman of Ferrari and Manager of the Formula One team. He was named Director of Public Relations of Fiat in 1977, and then Chairman and Managing Director of ITEDI, the holding company that manages the press activities of the Fiat Group, in 1981. In 1984, he was named Chairman and Managing Director of Cinzano SpA, and was also placed in charge of the Azzurra Organization, Italy’s first participation in the America’s Cup. Between 1985 and 1990, he was Manager of the Organization Committee of the 1990 Football World Cup, which was hosted by Italy. Since 1991, he has been Chairman of Ferrari Spa, of which he was also Chief Exeutive Officer until 2006. He also holds other mandates, including Chairman of Montezemolo & Partners and Charme Management Srl, and Director of Fiat, Telethon, Poltrona Frau and Tod's.

Yseulys Costes

Ms. Yseulys Costes has been an Independent Director of PPR SA since May 19, 2010 and is also a Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Strategy and Development Committee. She graduated in Management Science from Universite Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and Strategy and Marketing from Universite Paris IX Dauphine. She also holds an MBA from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management, part of the University of New Mexico. She was the coordinator of IAB France (Interactive Advertising Bureau) for two years before founding 1000mercis.com in 2000. Ms. Costes is the Chair and CEO of the 1000mercis Group. She is the author of articles about online marketing management, was a guest researcher at Harvard Business School and lectures on interactive marketing at the French business schools HEC and ESSEC as well as Paris IX Dauphine University. She is also the Chair of the Supervisory Board of Ocito SAS.

Jean-Pierre Denis

Mr. Jean-Pierre Denis has been an Independent Director of PPR SA as of June 9, 2008. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Committee. He is a Treasury official and a Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and Ecole Nationale d'Administration graduate. He has been the Chairman of Credit Mutuel de Bretagne and Credit Mutuel d'Arkea (comprising the federations of Credit mutuel de Bretagne, du Sud-Ouest and du Massif Central around the interfederal fund). He was previously CEO and Chairman of the Oseo Group (merger of Anvar and the BDPME) from 2005 to 2007, Chairman of Sofaris (2003-2005), Chairman and CEO of Anvar (2004-2005), Chairman of the Management Board of the BDPME (2003-2005), Member of the Management Board of Vivendi Environnement, which later became Veolia Environnement (2000-2003), Chairman of Dalkia (now part of Veolia Environnement) from 1999 to 2003, Advisor to the Chairman of CGE, which later became Vivendi (1997-1999) and Deputy General Secretary of the Presidence de la Republique (1995-1997). He currently holds other mandates, including Director of Altrad, Caisse de Credit Mutuel de Cap Sizun, SOPROL, Groupe Glon Sanders and Paprec.

Philippe Lagayette

Mr. Philippe Lagayette has been an Independent Director of PPR SA since February 13, 2012. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Strategy and Development Committee of the Company. He was previously a Member of the Supervisory Board of PPR SA from January 20, 1999 until May 19, 2005. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d'Administration. He was in charge of the activities of JPMorgan in France from July 1998 until August 2008. He began his career at the Inspection Generale des Finances in 1970. In 1974, he moved to the Treasury department within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and was named Assistant Manager in 1980. He became the Cabinet Director of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1981, and then joined the Banque de France in 1984 as Deputy Governor. He was named Managing Director of Caisse des Depots and Consignations in 1992. He occupied this position until December 1997. Mr. Lagayette is Chairman of the Board of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques (IHES) in France, where he focuses on mathematics and theoretical physics. He is also Chairman of Fondation de France, and Chairman of the Alzheimer Plan Foundation in France. He is an Officer of the Legion of Honor and a Commander of the National Order of Merit. He was appointed Vice Chairman and Senior Advisor of Barclays Capital Investment Banking in March 2011. He is also a Director of Fimalac and Renault.

Aditya Mittal

Mr. Aditya Mittal has served as Independent Director of PPR SA since May 7, 2009. After having graduated from the Wharton School in Pennsylvania wth a Bachelor of Science in Economics, he worked as an investment banker at the CSFB bank before joining the Mittal Steel group in 1997 where he held a number of positions including Head of M&A. In this role, he pushed forward a strategy of acquisitions that enabled Mittal Steel to expand into Central Europe, Africa and the United States. In 2004, he became Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mittal Steel and concluded the takeover of Arcelor. He now serves as Chief Financial Officcer and Group Management Board member of Arcelor Mittal. He is also a European Board Member of the Wharton School.
