Name Description

Philip Rowley

Mr. Philip Rowley has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Promethean World PLC.,with effect from May 8, 2014. He is a Non-Executive Director of ARM Holdings plc and the former Chairman of HMV Group plc. He is also Chairman of Livestation Limited, Pouncer Media Limited and London Firebird Orchestra. Philip held a number of roles in AOL Europe, the internet services provider, from May 2001 until February 2007, becoming Chairman and CEO. He was Group Finance Director of Kingfisher plc from 1998 to 2000 and Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director of Kingfisher’s General Merchandise Division from 2000 to 2001. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and CFO of EMI Music Worldwide.

Jim Marshall

Mr. Jim Marshall serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Promethean World Plc. He Previously served as CEO of SpectrumK12, a company that produces software solutions to improve the performance of at-risk and special education students. SpectrumK12's platform was able to accommodate a multitude of solutions that required the use of forms, rules or process. The company was acquired by Scantron/Harland Clark Holdings in 2010.Prior to leading SpectrumK12, he was CEO at Agentis Software and took the company through a management buyout to sustained profitability. Jim has held a number of high-profile executive positions, including Vice President of Apple’s US Education Division and has extensive experience of helping technology companies to build and develop accomplished management, sales, marketing, professional services and channels teams. Jim sits on the Board of the Cobb Schools Foundation and is a former Director of the Florida Council on Economic Education, an organisation that teaches fundamental finance and business concepts to high school students. He has received public recognition for his work in education in the states of Michigan, Maine, Florida and Georgia.

Ian Baxter

Mr. Ian Baxter has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Promethean World Plc.,effective February 27, 2014. He joined Promethean in June 2009 as Group Financial Controller. Prior to this, he was Group Financial Controller of Volex plc, a leading global producer of electronic and fibre optic cable assemblies and electrical powercords. Before that, Ian held senior roles at Scapa Group plc, becoming CFO, Northern Europe. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an Honours degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.

Graham Howe

Mr. Graham E. Howe is Non-Executive Director of Promethean World PLC. He is no longer a Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company effective May 8, 2014. Graham was a co-founding Director of Orange, having joined with Hans Snook in 1992 to plan the strategy that led to the launch of Orange in April 1994. Initially as Chief Financial Officer, Graham led Orange’s debut flotation in March 1996. In June 1996, Orange became the youngest company ever to enter the FTSE 100, with Graham as one of the youngest ever FTSE 100 Finance Directors. Whilst at Orange, Graham was also Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer before leaving in 2003. Previously, Graham held senior positions at Hutchison Telecom, First Pacific Company and Touche Ross Management Consultants. He has also served on the board of Cable and Wireless PLC as Senior Independent Director. Graham has pursued a number of charity fundraising projects in recent years including participating in the New York Marathon, cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats, walking unsupported the last degree to the North Pole and more recently climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

David Puttnam

Lord David Puttnam, CBE, is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Promethean World PLC.,with effect from september 2006. He spent 30 years as an independent producer of award-winning films including The Mission, The Killing Fields, Local Hero, Chariots of Fire, Midnight Express, Bugsy Malone and Memphis Belle, but retired from film production in 1998 to focus on his work in public policy as it relates to education, the environment and “creative and communications” industries. He founded the National Teaching Awards in 1998 and served as first Chair of the General Teaching Council 2000–2002. He was President of UNICEF UK 2002–2009 and Deputy Chairman of Channel 4 Television 2006–2012. He is Chairman of Atticus Education, an online education company he founded to deliver interactive seminars on film and a variety of other subjects to educational institutions around the world. He is also Chair of the TSL Advisory Board, Chancellor of the Open University, President of the Film Distributors’ Association, Deputy Chairman of Profero, a trustee of the Eden Project and the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Burma. He was created a life peer in 1997 and has received over 40 honorary degrees from universities in the UK and overseas.

Judy Verses

Ms. Judy K. Verses has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Promethean World Plc., effective March 1, 2014. She is the President, Global Enterprise and Education of Rosetta Stone Inc, a global leader in language-learning software. She has extensive experience across business, government, education, and consumer sectors in technology and communications industries. Before Rosetta Stone, Judy was President and Chief Client Officer of Blackboard Inc, responsible for Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership roles at Verizon. Judy holds a Bache lor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Jackie Yeaney

Ms. Jackie Yeaney has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Promethean World Plc.,effective March 1, 2014. She is Executive vice president, Strategy and Corporate Marketing of Red Hat Inc, the world's leading provider of open source solutions. Prior to Red Hat, she held CMO roles at Premiere Global Services Inc, a global communications company, EarthLink Inc, and HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. She was also the Managing Director of Consumer Marketing at Delta Air Lines. Before her career in marketing, she spent several years with the Boston Consulting Group and was a captain in the U.S. Air Force. Jackie holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a BS, magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
