Name Description
Jacobs, Joey Joey A. Jacobs serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and was one of the co-founders of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. in April 1997. Mr. Jacobs has also served as Chairman of the Board since August 2002. Prior to Company founding, Mr. Jacobs served for 21 years in various capacities with HCA Inc., or HCA, formerly known as Hospital Corporation of America, Columbia and Columbia/HCA, most recently as President of the Tennessee Division.
Fincher, Ronald Ronald M. Fincher is Co-Chief Operating Officer of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. He has been a Division President for the Company since April 2003. As a Division President, Mr. Fincher was responsible for managing the operations of multiple inpatient behavioral health care facilities owned by the Company. Previously, Mr. Fincher served as a Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services, Inc. from 2000 until 2003.
Turner, Brent Brent Turner has served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration of Psychiatric Solutions since August 2005 and previously had served as the Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations since February 2003. From April 2002 until joining, Mr. Turner served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a privately-held owner and operator of schools for children with learning disabilities. From November 2001 until March 2002, Mr. Turner served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for The Brown Schools, Inc., a provider of educational and therapeutic services for at-risk youth. From 1996 until January 2001, Mr. Turner was employed by Corrections Corporation of America, a private prison operator, serving as Treasurer from 1998 to 2001.
Polson, Jack Jack E. Polson has served as an Executive Vice President of Psychiatric Solutions since September 2006 and as Chief Accounting Officer since August 2002. Prior to being appointed Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Polson had served as Controller since June 1997. From June 1995 until joining, Mr. Polson served as Controller for Columbia Healthcare Network, a risk-bearing physician health organization. From May 1992 until June 1995, Mr. Polson served as an Internal Audit Supervisor for HCA.
Howard, Christopher Howard has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Psychiatric Solutions since September 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Howard was a member of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, a law firm based in Nashville, Tennessee.
Clein, Mark Mark P. Clein is a Director of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc since 2002. Mr. Dill has served as an Executive Vice President of LifePoint Hospitals, Inc., or LifePoint, a non-urban hospital company, since February 2008, and as the Chief Operating Officer since April 2009. From July 2007 until April 2009, Mr. Dill served as the Chief Financial Officer of LifePoint. Prior to joining LifePoint, Mr. Dill served as Executive Vice President of Fresenius Medical Care North America and as Chief Executive Officer in the East Division of Fresenius Medical Care Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, a publicly-traded dialysis services company. Mr. Dill previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Renal Care Group, Inc., a publicly traded dialysis services company, from November 2003 until Renal Care Group, Inc. was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care on March 31, 2006.
