Badinter, Elisabeth Ms. Elisabeth Badinter is Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe SA since April 29, 1996, as well as Chairwoman of the Company's Nominating Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. She was first appointed to the Supervisory Board on November 27, 1987. She is the daughter of Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, Founder of Publicis Groupe. She is a philosopher and writer and was a lecturer at the Ecole Polytechnique. She is currently also Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Medias & Regies Europe SA.
Levy, Maurice Mr. Maurice Levy is Chairman of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe SA since November 27, 1987. He joined the Company in 1971 and was given responsibility for the data processing and information technology systems. He was successively appointed General Secretary (1973), Managing Director (1977) and Chair and Chief Executive Officer (1981) of Publicis Conseil. Dulac, Sophie Ms. Sophie Dulac is Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe SA since June 17, 1999. She was first appointed to the Supervisory Board on June 25, 1998. Ms. Dulac is Founder and of a recruitment consulting company she managed until 2001. Emmerich, Mathias Mr. Mathias Emmerich is Senior Vice President and Secretary General of Publicis Groupe SA. He is in charge of Internal Audit, Human Resource, Communication and Sustainable Development. He began his professional career as an Auditor and then Referendary Counsellor at the Cour des Comptes (1988-1992), then became Deputy Manager of Transactions and Financial Information of the French stock exchange regulator, the Commission des Operations de Bourse (1992-1995). In 1996, he again served as a Referendary Counsellor at the Cour des Comptes, and then from 1997 to 1999, he worked in the private office of Justice Minister Elisabeth Guigou. Roberts, Kevin Mr. Kevin J. Roberts is Member of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi and Member of the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe SA since September 14, 2000. Naouri, Jean-Yves Mr. Jean-Yves Naouri is a Member of the Management Board, Executive Vice President of Operations and Member of the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe SA as of January 2008. Before that date he served as Executive Vice President - Group Operations, Member of the Executive Committee from 2006 onwards.
