Brett Matich

 Mr. Brett Matich has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Pantheon Ventures Ltd., effective March 4, 2013. Mr. Matich has over 20 years experience in heading exploration and financing in the mining industry. As managing director from 1999 to 2003 of Australian Securities Exchange-listed Acclaim Exploration NL in the outback of Western Australia, he was responsible for exploration and financing that led to a maiden Joint Ore Reserves Committee-compliant mineral resource of 227 million tonnes grading 1 per cent nickel and 0.7 per cent cobalt containing 2.3 million tonnes of contained nickel. At that time, the Wingellina nickel property was in the top-20 nickel laterite resources in the world.

Casey Forward

 Mr. Casey Forward serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pantheon Ventures Ltd. Mr. Forward is a Certified General Accountant with public company experience with a number of Exchange listed mining companies. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Bonterra Resources Corp., Weststar Resources Corp. and Canadian International Minerals Inc. Mr. Forward is also a director of Rio Grande Mining Corp.,and the Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Rare Earth Developments Corp. Mr. Forward is also and has been since April 2004, a director and the Chief Financial Officer of Globetech Ventures Corp., a company quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. In addition, Mr. Forward is a director of Navigo Ventures Inc., a private company. Previously, from 2001 to 2006, Mr. Forward was the Chief Financial Officer of Stream Communications Network & Media Inc., an Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board quoted provider of cable television and internet access services in Poland.

David Grandy

 Mr. David Grandy is Director of Pantheon Ventures Ltd. He is no longer Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective March 4, 2013. He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 9, 2013. He is currently President of International Standard Consulting Corp. and has been since 2000, a consultant for International Standard Consulting Corp. Mr. Grandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University in St. John's, Newfoundland. Mr. Grady was the Company's Chief Financial Officer from March 1, 2010 until September 30, 2011.

Cameron Watt

 Mr. Cameron Watt serves as Independent Director of Pantheon Ventures Ltd. Mr. Watt is a self-employed real estate developer and currently owns and operates the Keefer Hotel in Vancouver British Columbia. Mr. Watt has been involved in a number of other commercial real estate ventures over the last 12 years. Prior thereto, Mr. Watt spent ten years founding and operating the Canadian Springs Water Company in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Watt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
